Day 4 of my 7 Days of Sweat challenge for 2023. 7 days, 7 workouts, 20 minutes a day. No equipment needed. Do it with me and you'll feel amazing. Over 7 days and just 20 minutes a day, we are going to transform the way we feel, so stick with me all the way and let's do this together.
20 moves | 35 seconds work | 25 seconds rest
Marching on the spot
Full body crunch
Front kicks
90º crunches
Mountain climbers
Bicycle crunches
Slow mo burpee / burpees
Elbow plank
Pop squat and twist
Leg lowers
Push ups
Side plank L
Truffle shuffle and jump
Side plank R
Running punches
Full sit ups
Crossover power squats
Elbow to knee sit ups
Lunge jumps

Yay! Day 4 done. The 2nd half went quicker. I did 40/20. Note for next time, after the 2nd side plank it’s run and punch (so I can start 5 secs early). I’m definitely adding these to my favourites. Thanks so much Joe x

4/7 complete 🎉 even if I had to reduce the difficulty for a lot of moves 😅 but mostly because doing this challenge motivated me to go to the gym for the first time in over a year so was jelly-legged at the start!
