भैया मैंने आपका वर्काउट प्लान (मस्क्युलर -8)को फ़ॉलो किया ओर बेस्ट रिज़ल्ट आए मैंने केवल २ वीनस मैं १२ पाउंड्ज़ वेट कम किया ओर यह वर्काउट प्लान बहुत ज़्यादा हार्ड था (चेस्ट workout)5 exs मैं पूरी बॉडी ने काम करना बाद कर दिया उसके बाद 50 pushup me बॉडी डाउन होने के बाद ऊपर आने मैं बहुत ज़्यादा पेन हुआ १० sec का रेस्ट फिर स्टार्ट किया/ बेस्ट एक्सपीरियंस हुआ 🙏🏼🙏🏼😊😊🙏🏼🙏🏼

Fatloss aur muscle gain aksath nahi hote..kyuki muscle gain k liye caloric surplur me jana padta hai... mera target tha fat kam ho par muscle loss na ho...wo kam hua hai..muscle loss nahi hua and thoda thoda definition aya h abi bhot rasta baki h 😇

Actually i am a college student and started my exercises in 2015. I used to take breaks in between due to my exams. And recently in april I had my wrist injury and rejoined gym after 2 and half months. So can i also follow this program.

hello guru maan sir , i have followed ur 6 week shredded program .. ur diet is awesome lost 7 kgs in a 5 weeks .. sir ur all exercises are awesome ...thanks for helping us and sharing ur precious knowledge ..now i have started ur muscular 8 program for further weight loss and muscle biulding ... but in this program diet u have suggested eggs in ur diet ...but i m veggie ..kindly guide us an alternative so that i can loose weight and gain natural protein from veggie food with low carbohydrate combination..

Thanks for sharing such a nice way to drop fat. I have situation in gym that too much rush and waiting to so I am unable to follow super set so can you please suggest another alternative. I am planning to do superset of single exercise instead of two together. Does it work?

is anybody here who is able to complete these workout routines without collapsing 😂😂 i m hitting gym on nd off from two years. today i tried arms workout just to check if it really works and guess what, just able to complete the arms routine and nearly collapsed in the end. nothing left to do cardio or train abs, hell of a routine. just wondering how training big muscles will go but i am going to follow this routine for sure. big thanks to u ustaad ji #guru_mann

Guys... pls help... This is the first time im going for weight loss...earlier i was on bulking... Pls tell is this program worth pursuing.... i have never followed guru's any programme( but i have did many of his exercises )

sir in 6 week shredded program u asked us to do HIIC as u told not to run for long time as it break muscle tissues. and in muscular 8 u are asking for running 15 or 20 min. at 12 mkmph speed.
