+VN YS I agree with you,Jeff Cavalier is great but he doesnt give away prog knowledge you need to buy it,Guru Mann has good intentions its not his fault the audience wants cookie cutter solutions they can easily implenent at their local gym,he isnt holding anyone back the ppl dont care they want the 2-3 things he's giving it.

Guru mann 22 bahut time lgaa diya apne vdo mein exercise batane k liye. Apne pehli Exercise batayi 8.08 par. Jo banda gym mein apki vdo dekh raha hoga biceps ki exercise lgane k liye woh toh bilkul cool means relax ho geya hoga.😌
