I love the Henley. I did see that N.Peal actually has their own interpretation of this Henley. It is in Grey with a white fabric strip on the underside of the button placket and is a 85/15 cotton-cashmere blend, with a banded bottom and sleeve cuffs. I went with that, just due to the color and the banded bottom. After a dramatic weight loss, I’ve had to rebuild my wardrobe over the past few weeks, so I’ve started by getting pieces from the films that I’ve wanted to get, such as the Sunspel polo, Tom ford sunglasses, and Orlebar Brown swim shorts. I know that I’ll eventually add some more pieces, likely from the Craig and Connery films, but which pieces remains to be seen.

I have been a Henley fan for years, particularly off white/ natural Henleys . They come in a variety of materials and weights which make them suitable year round.

I used to have a blue one of these that I purchased When I was a Rag & Bine employee. They are definitely fitted and not relaxed and it is recommended not to put into the dryer. I sold mine a little while ago because of my poor time working for the company. They can be disrespectful and HR was very poor at that time. However, the Henley is very nice and their denim is excellent.

Great overview video David. I picked one up from the Spitalfields store in London last week. It is a fantastic top which is a tad on the pricey side, however the fine details certainly make up for it. The sizing of all of their products is very forgiving according to the woman in the store as I was asking if I'd need a large. Ended up with the medium which fits perfectly. A note about this though... it's selling out fast! Apparently according to the store and people who run the web live chat, once their products completely sell out they do not remake them. So not sure it will be around for long. See comment here: "I apologize, but once an item has sold out, it may not be replenished in that same size, color, or style. As a fashion brand, most rag & bone styles are made in a limited quantity for the season and year in which they were offered."

Hurricane Kite Thanks. It’s tricky to tell in the photos. I’ve Abercrombie & Fitch for example make some great Henley tops with nice detail but they are so transparent it just didn’t suit me at all.

David states that r&b describe it as relaxed fit. But that was over a year ago and the website describes it as slim fit... For anyone who has purchased this recently, how is the fit? I got a 40 chest and that is the upper end of M according to it's fit chart.

I was checking out the henley on the r&b website today and the henley is marketed as slim fit. Maybe he forgot to specify that in the video? Anyone who purchase the henley can you clarify for us, is it relaxed fit or slim fit?

Off white is an umbrella term for a variety of shades that differ only slightly from pure white. These include cream, eggshell, ivory and vanilla. Bonds is White.

I have lost over 35 pounds in weight and I am now a 31" waist. So these Henley's are certainly on my list. The slim fit look the best in my opinion. I think the braces (as we call them in Britain) Bond wears are also great. May invest in a pair of those. Great video David. You have certainly given me food for thought.

I called rag & bone because this henley in large was out of stock. The lady said she didn’t know if they would ever get it back in stock in large. She said that she thought the extra large would fit me. I ordered it and got a 15% discount. When it arrived, it was too big and will need to be sent back. One of my local Nordstrom stores had the large in stock. I bought it yesterday. I wanted to make sure it was the same henley. I compared the two. Not only did it look identical, but the numbers on the rag & bone tags were the same. To top it off, Nordstrom matched the rag & bone price and I got it 15% off. The last time I looked at rag & bone’s website, they only had extra large and double extra large left. People interested in acquiring this henley may need to find it at a retail store.

In the Sunspel white V neck I wear an extra large. However, in the Sunspel Riviera polo, the large fits me perfectly. In this Henley, the extra large is too big and the large fits perfectly. I hope this helps compare the brands.

its a very nice Henley to wear whit anything indeed , but ,big but this can not be "tactical " or "commando look" i am a Sergeant Mayor (reserve) in the Israeli army , one of the must basic guidelines is NO white T shirt o white henley on you for operational dress ,the enemy will pick you from far ,on operational,commando dress black o dark green under uniform . but as a dress piece ,totally cool.
