Very helpful as I just bought an 537 (model # A1379) and am concerned for fire hazard issues as I also bought an Anker 535 about a year ago and just learned about the fire hazard and recall with the 535. The 537 looks to be the same as the 535 but slightly thicker and I wonder if the 537 might pose a similar risk? The 537 I got was completely dead out of the box (no lights when checked) and took about 4.5 hours to charge using an Anker Atom III 65W charger consuming a measured 120watt-hours when it's about a 70 watt-hour batter by specs (Even accounting for heat and charging losses that seems excessive), and it took over 75% of the power bank to charge a Dell Xps 13 with a 50 watt-hour battery that was at 50% state of charge charge. ALSO, I notice a clicking sounds coming from the battery when it reaches about 50% charge and or several mins after being fully charged that suggests battery cell swelling putting pressure on the case. As most or all of these power banks appear to use Lithium Polymer (Li-Po) pouch cells, generally considered to the "The most dangerous battery" can violently explode rather than vent as metal cased cells, and the cases where a nearly identical power bank seems to have destroyed a home and put a family at risk, I believe it's best to just say NO to battery power banks and question if someday they may be all banned?

I’m confused with the battery capacity stated in the back of the pack. It says it’s 4800mah but advertised as 24,000mah.

It says on their website you can charge the bank in 3:50HRs.. You mentioned it would recharge overnight..I’m just wondering how it can do what is says it can if takes all night to charge.. Can you confirm whether it does or not. Kind regards

Yes, using the full charge in just under 4 hours is normal.

If I may , can I ask for what purpose and or devices you want to charge? Meaning , a power bank to take camping or on hikes etc.. Personally , I have several friends in the street and I tell them the Anker 737 is the best option for speed and battery capacity. Assuming of course , they can keep it stored safely.

Anker 737 power banks got big firmware reliability problems. Display goes into protection low voltabe or low temp or high temp mode randomly and cant be hard reset. This item needs a recal before they all get returned.

The 737 I had worked perfectly, in fact I recommend it to all my friends . I was shocked how fast it charged devices. I didn't test the speed but my guess is at least twice as fast as any charger I've used. Another excellent brand for chargers is Rav power

I just bought one and it's really nice and charges both my laptop and my samsung flip, but my question is how long i have to charge it to a full 100 as it take quite some time but a rought estimage would be nice. 😊😊
