I have scar tissue within the breast. Very lumpy and today more tender and itchy. My surgery was last year September 14th, 2023. Bless all my sistahs in recovery. I pray God will continue to comfort us when others cannot. Today is a pure nothing day as I still work and work out 4 days a week. Blessings to supernatural healing, peace in the midst of chaos and Lord please help us in our distress. Come now Holy Spirit and give peace and Love as we recuperate. ❤

You videos have been very useful to me. I am two months post right breast mastectomy. I have recovered well but have some cording and a tight scar ending in a dog ear. It is the dog ear I am struggling to beak down with scar massage. The cording seems to go down to this point and is more problematical into the scar and chest than in the arm itself. Have you any advice, and do you cover the dog ear in any of your videos?

Thank you very much for your videos! It was just what I was looking for after developing stiffness and pain at my lumpectomy site about 2 months after finishing radiation. I notice that it is most painful in the morning, especially if I sleep on the side of my lumpectomy. Can the Mobiderm reduce that pain if I wear it at night? Also, I am in America, is there an alternative to Mobiderm? Thanks!

It’s been 13 months since my surgery and I’m really struggling. I can’t wear a bra or any type of compression on my bilateral mastectomy scar. I’m retired and have lots of time on my hands. Can I use the medi-pads to massage my scar? If it breaks up adhesions it seems logical to me. Please advise. And thank you so much for being here for us!🙏

Hi Maky! Thanks so much for your question. Once your wound is completely healed (meaning completely closed, no open sections and scab has fallen off) would be when I would recommend to start any scar treatment - palpation (touch) and massage. Hope this helps! Let me know if it doesn't make sense. Jen
