Okay I just stumbled onto this video and I've never seen your channel before, but can I just say I am instantly relieved to see a skincare professional influencer who looks relatable?? Most derms I've seen on YT either have no facial muscle movement (nothing wrong with botox, but it's something I can't afford!) or they bathe in so much SPF they look sickly like they've not seen the sun in 50 years (which, I know sun protection is important - but I'm a normal person, I don't have the time to re-apply sunscreen over and over all day every day - my skin looks like it sees the sun sometimes). You have some colour to you and your face moves and I feel seen! LOL

How do you feel about copper peptides? I know I've seen some derms who say using copper peptides on nights when you don't use your retinoids is a good thing also. The Ordinary has their multi peptide + copper peptides 1% serum. It also has the matrixyl 3000 in it.

There are several derms who have videos covering the different peptides including copper like Dr Alexis Stephens, Dr. Jenny Liu, Dr. Shereene Idriss. Doctorly and Dr. Natalia Spierings focus on copper peptides and so does Penn Smith Skincare (master esty) who has several videos on them. There are differing opinions on them. As for growth factors, Dr. Shereene Idriss. Dr. Ania Marie, MD, Dr. Heather Rogers MD and Dr Dray discuss growth factors and so does Penn Smith Skincare and again the opinions aren't consistent but in general they are peptides. Dr. Sam Ellis mentions them in a couple videos as well. @@sharonalbanese8084

Hej, need some help for skincare on a winter vacation/ skiing holiday: would you take off your skiing/slope makeup in the shower after skiing and put on new sunscreen + fresh makeup when leaving the door for apres-ski time? A skiing day is divided into two diffrent situations in my opinion: the cold sunny time on the slopes and then the afternoon with some daylight and no need for waterproof products. What´s your suggestion to a good protection for your skin on a skiing holiday?

Can I combine peptides in my skin care routine with other ingredients/products together (as in step 2)? I like to use bakuchiol, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and peptides (all in serums). So is it recommended to use those serums all together - e.g. in Step 2 first put peptides, then e.g. hyaluronic acid and then niacinamide and bakuchiol? (or in another ordert?) Does this make sense? Or would you say its better to have e.g. peptides the one night, then the next night put on niacinamide, the next bakuchiol etc?

I'm using Paula's Choice Bachocial and breaking out 😂. I don't know if it's that or something else. I predominantly use Paula's Choice and I try to avoid any product with coconut or a derivative. And then now there's so much preaching about breaking down your skin barrier and now I'm confused.

How long have you been using the PC Bakuchiol ? If you just started using it and you're breaking out... you're most likely purging. I broke out the 1st few weeks when I started using PC Bakuchiol and with PC 1% Retinol. I actually get excited when I use a new Retinol/Retinal product and break out. It just means the product is working and doing what it's suppose to. So it's actually a good thing, it's getting out all that gunk out of your skin.
