Video Description: Hypersonic weapons offer a number of advantages over subsonic and supersonic weapons, particularly with regard to the prosecution of time-critical targets. Hypersonic weapons travels at speeds of Mach 5 and higher which is around 1 mile per second. The US is working on hypersonic weapons. However, there are many technological hurdles to overcome, particularly with regards to sustaining combustion inside the weapom system, while enduring the extreme temperatures of hypersonic speed. This video presents the list of all hypersonic weapons of USA.

Yeah. If they say they are fielding Mach 5 weapons soon , that's just the bare minimum to make us feel safe. There's plenty more where those are coming from, plenty faster and plenty expensive that we don't wanna know about.

@@danielsnook7362 The Lockheed Martin one is air launched which means it would be flying really high. The LRHW is ground launched and it is designed to fly low to avoid radar detection. Flying under 40-55,000 feet at MACH 17 would destroy the missile so the speed Has to be lowered. And for the Tridents, it's an submarine launched ballistic missile, it follows a ballistic trajectory. Just like an icbm, the Trident leaves the earth's atmosphere and then re-enters at Mach 24. The LRHW is an Endo-Atmospheric and Trident is an exo-atmospheric missile.

An operational hypersonic LRHW (Long Range Hypersonic Weapon) missile battery has already been delivered to the Army since October last year. But it wont be until next year at earliest b4 they deploy it to the front lines. The Navy will soon follow but its to big to fitted on current Arleigh Burke destroyers. Hence, it will be fitted on existing Zumwalt class and Virginia class Block V subs and the future DDG(x). The Airforce may take some time. All in all their are 8 programs if u look at the congressional report. Army has 1, 2 for both Airforce and Navy, and 3 for DARPA.

All the new statements by Zelensky and his entourage about the senselessness of negotiations on a compromise and peace with Russia and the demands for surrender only prove that the plan to create a “Pro-Western Ukraine” has begun to be implemented. Zelensky, on the contrary, needs fierce fighting and the maximum number of victims in order to justify the new plan. The Ukrainian leadership is no longer interested in the safety of lives and the cessation of hostilities in the east and south, and later in the center of the country, they have already written them off. And Kyiv too. Their task today is to cause maximum damage to the infrastructure of cities and industrial facilities, using the example of Mariupol, which will later fall under the control of Russia. And of course, to delay the time for the possibility of imposing new packages of sanctions on the Russian Federation. Therefore, we observe how they rush to the slaughter without the help and support of the forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, falling into the encirclement by the thousands. It is terrible to watch how a whole people and country are simply erased to realize the interests of the West. ⚡️Hint to strategists: inflicting maximum strikes on the western regions of Ukraine, on the future Polish territory and the European Union, will force the West to compromise. They do not care about the east of Ukraine, but they will start bargaining for their own!!! The story is coming to an end!!!

Most have been successfully tested. The HAWC just got successfully tested in March 2022 and in October of 2021 before that. The US is open with all its weapons tests and the results are all public. Countries like Russia are a lot less open and less trustworthy, for example the Kinzhal only got tested twice before being put into service. That’s extremely low amount of tests. It’s usability is questionable. Russia only used it twice in this war which suggests it’s not very good as the war is currently a stalemate so Russia would want to use their best weapons that are operational. The Su-57 and T-14 have not been used because they are not operational yet and there are very few serial production models built of the Su-57 and T-14

@@jimmykim4555 these guys don't find it strange that Russia and China never make public their failed test. Russia and China act like everything went well and everything is combat ready. This is impossible. Any new technology always has failed test and takes time to get it right. These guys will be 20% done with something and still claim it's combat ready. The US has hypersonic missles but will not say it's combat ready until its up to their standards. They can easily use the hypersonics that they got and I'm pretty sure they will work. But the US just doesn't risk it. Even if the US AGM-183 has a successful test, they won't say it's combat ready. Russia and China say things are ready even when they are not and there is no one in their government or defense industry to say otherwise because they will end up dead or in prison. We have no idea what china's missles can do. Just saying what they can do doesn't mean it can really do it. Iran claims they had a 5th generation fighter called the F313 many years ago. But we all know it was a fake plane that couldn't even fly. It was the most embarrassing looking plane ever. There was so much things visually wrong with it. These idiots believe anything russia and China claim is 100% true. All they bring up is hypersonic weapons like that is all you need to win a war. They don't even understand how it works. They don't know it's not good for moving targets. A ship will be a mile away by the time the missle reaches it's destination. They believe a ship will just sit there waiting for the missle to come

@@1.21Gigawatts_ Got to remember, these countries like Russia, China, North Korea, Iran; their media is controlled by the state. These are communist-socialist ran dictatorship countries. Their news anchor people are only allowed to broadcast and say what the state tells them, otherwise if they cross the line they will be imprisoned worse even executed. The reason why these countries are boastful about their weapons system, though they know many of it has alot of flaws, they want to portray their nations off to the world as if they are also a world power.
