These videos, of off-the-beaten-path locations, I believe are your forte! This vid, the Yavapai campground, Watson Lake and damn, and several others like them, I appreciate the most! The big parks, I enjoy your take on those as well; but to have these little "secret" spots peppered in, really makes your channel special.

Absolutely breathtaking! So glad you didn't fall off the log with your 📷. I'm a chicken. I would have just waded through the water.

It was a lucky thing indeed. Thought for sure there would be wet feet but the boots did a pretty good job! 😊

Ah! Maybe next time! 😂 It would have been nice to kick off the shoes and wade through the water but not quite warm enough up there just yet.

Just beautiful and stunning! But the frogs crocking made me homesick. Great choice of music. Great video.

@@CactusAtlas I grew up in Arizona in the desert but we did a lot of camping and fishing on the Verde River. So basically in the summer we lived there LOL

Tell us about it. That's one thing we've wanted to get and incorporate into our videos for a long, long time but never seem to get around to making it a reality. One day we hope! I can't even imagine what that area would look like from above. 😶

Thank you so much for all your time and energy you put into all your videos. It's enjoyable to see so many places I've never been to. We try and visit Az once or twice a year...I am from the Northern California Redwood country (and the seashore) and love to travel to deserts and mountains whenever possible. I am very happy to live where I do and have zero urge to move to AZ. People can be so mean to us Californians in your state. I appreciate that your videos are so recent. Some of my favorite other travel KZbinrs recent videos are from last year... Tootles Glen and Amy

We keep thinking about a trip to the Redwood area. Just need to find time to pencil that in. And I know what you mean about the California thing. There's so much beautiful country there with no need to make it political. 😞 We're keeping things pretty recent lately only because we ran out of saved up content and are still striving to to stick to our weekly schedule. Those darn jobs so get in the way of a lot of us smaller channels being able to get out there all the time. 😂 Unfortunately dated content happens from time to time, even for us. 😅

Just started watching your channel. Enjoying it very much. I realize I am coming to this video 10 months on but I gotta say I’m surprised you didn’t show you picking up that what looked like an engine oil bottle in the creek where you crossed on the logs?
@CactusAtlas Жыл бұрын
Thank you! Welcome aboard! 😊 Maybe 30% of what Glenn films makes it into the video, so not everything is always seen. I try to focus more on editing to show the location and experience. 👍

I believe it is there year round, yes. Summer probably could get busy I'm sure. 😬
