That is actually doable considering you can use the potato's as an ingredient in the process of immersive engineering bio diesel which can be used to power the immersive turbines gas turbine and then you can use the flue gas that is producing from the gas turbine in a heat extanger with water and rf to make steam for the steam turbine.

Great vid Capt, Glad to see u trying out a 1.20 map Being a MC Vet since 1.2 days i myself have had versions i stuck with 1.4.7 1st time playing modded 1.6.4 was mybig learning skills 1.7.10 was my long time go to 1.12.2 Took awhile but then became favorite and 1st hardcore SF4 map 1.16 - 1.19 was fun cause the Nether, Caves/Cliffs, etc update 1.20 was my game changer... Thx to All The Mods Series, 8-9 mostly Soaked soo much in Def The Create Mod, Farmers Delight, Soph Backpacks and Storage as a start lol The Create Mod is how i found u lol, When u did the flooding world every 10 days I was like u an never thought id leave 1.7.10 lol, But as i gave newer versions a shot an learned, i slowly switched 1.20 is my new fav now, So im sure if u play around an learn more u may even switch lol Sorry for the long post but wanted to give my experience for ya to soak up Keep up the good work Capt!

1.) The Flood works by accumulating Biomass, and knowledge from the host. So every single day that passes, they get stronger, smarter, and more adaptive. The moment they start using Crossbows, is because they infected someone who knows how to use them. Same with the potions. 2.) I don't know how far the mod is. But those Elite forms you were freaking out about, are common. You still have the Tank, Stalker, Ranger, Juggernaut, and Abomination forms. 3.) If you do this again. Add a Gun mod, and not rely on the dinky bow, and Immersive Engineering Revolver.

In confirmation of your suspicions, GregTech overhauls a lot of vanilla features not the least of which is ore veins. They're indicated by rocks on the surface and contain a 3x3 chunk area of ore, just one vein can last a whole playthrough typically. This does come with some caveats, such as refinement processes needed to make use of some of these ores, as well as some ores requiring a pair of ores to spawn in said veins. Not a good or useful example, but say you need cinnabar for something, you will need to find a redstone vein.
