Welcome back! I missed your videos, but I am glad you took the time to pour into your cup! I just wanted to say that I appreciate you always being real about what you are going through. I have had a tough December also and can really empathize with you. I have been dealing with some health issues and had the exact frustrations! It is so hard when you want to do something so badly but your body is fighting against you! I like what you said about going slow now so you can go fast later. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you and that I always look forward to your videos. Your honesty really helps me realize that others are going through similar things. Much love!

Loved this and your most recent pod episode! This is becoming a busy season of life for me so it's inspiring me to get clear on my priorities and do everything with more intention. Injuries aren't fun but there's always a less in them - so happy to hear you're honoring your body =)

oh carolina I feel like this video came at such a perfect time, for me and you! I’ve recently torn my hip, running induced too 😂 I was also told by my PT to slow down, prioritise rest and was given exercises for recovery. I will tell you that it was HARD to slow down being so used to moving my body freely everyday, but oh boy was it worth it! about a month into the PT and changing up my workout routine a little to suit my injury recovery and I am feeling stronger than ever. taking control of your health and prioritising strengthening other muscles in your body you wouldn’t usually seems slow and silly now but it is soooo worth it in the long run! good luck! ❤❤❤

I always love your recipes and I think I am going to replicate the quinoa one (minuse the cucumber LOL), thanks for sharing this! My 2025 has start in a quite difficult way, but I hope things will brighten up soon. I'm just taking it slow and slowly going back to build a solid routine that can last the whole year and more. Happy new year!

Hey little trick ! If you want higher protein for your quinoa or rice, cook it up in chicken/beef/porc bone broth !! It's so simple but it packs a punch ! Can't wait to see all the new recipes you'll bring us in 2025 ! :D

which yopgurt do you eat for breakfast? because normally yoghurt has 4 g of protein per 100 g

Yogurts can vary a lot in protein content!! I always use Greek yogurt! The brand I always use is Fage, I like the 0 or 2% and that has 18g protein per 3/4 cup (170g) 😘 hope that helps
