YES, I TOTALLY AGREE. Such great ideas. Also, please take pepper spray for some sort of protection or some loud noise keychain. Be safe and aware of surroundings looks so beautiful that walking path, but looks isolated as well. Just being a mom here. Your my baby girls age.

I've been searching for videos that have high-protein recipes without protein power but most of them include protein power, which I don't have, to reach the protein goal. The best way to build and maintain muscle is to lift weights. Your diet is perfect for helping w resistance training. Lifting also helps w your running, and prevents losing muscle when running long distances. But half marathon training will for sure run off your muscles, like in your glutes. 😢 But great video!
