The word "They" at Isaiah 2:4 is often misapplied to represent the nations including national leaders. This prophecy is not speaking of the political powers nor of all the world. "They" means God's people who come to an accurate knowledge of truth and change themselves into peaceable meek people. They come from all nations and they stream to the mountain of Jehovah, learning war no more. See the full text at Isaiah 2:1-4.

Does it literally means on hills and mountain, further please tell what are the laws that will come out of zion. Is it sabbath and all God's festivals. What are these laws that bible talks about.
