..just because they were from the same broad Geographical region did not mean they even knew each other ...never mind were good mates! ..in actual fact Phil Nixon and Paul Nicko were not mates at all ...They were barely aquainted ...Paul had lived in Australia most of his life ...Nixon hailed from ferryhill County Durham ..which is not even very close to Newcastle, never mind Sydney . . . 😆😆

@@ngc-fo5te Wasn't that the moment, Paul met and fell in love with a woman who lived in Australia? So he moved to Australia, married her, and then took Australian citizenship. When the marriage broke up, he moved back to England. I think he was in his early 20s or mid 20s. So he certainly didn't live in Australia much longer than about 5 or 6 years. So definitely not "almost his whole life" (as our very well-informed predecessor claimed in the comments 😉).

Trying to ignore the enimies score is a very good thing in darts, thats a basic fact. Also he isnt "cooling" his hand, he just creats the right skin moisture to grip the dart, a lot of darts players do that, so do I. Stop spreading fake facts buddy :)

These tactics may work for some people, but it has to be natural. To me, it all looked way too forced for Nicholson (like he was trying to do way too many things at one time).

A year late, but as much as I like Paul hes not legend friend. He made a few waves by beating Taylor a couple times but never really lived up to his potential. People do not like him as commentator but I do. Also his WinMau dart tutorial series isnt bad. I think he makes a good ambassador.

He loves to play Darts. It´s Nicholsons Passion. I Think at this game started his problems . He can´t play like 2011 or 2012. And he dont know why. I had it too. But for me it was extrem. I cant throw the darts . When i wanted the 20 , i hit the S14 . It was horrible . 2 Weeks before i win a tournamend and i win all my league games in the season . The most 3:0 . And than i cant play darts. Now I´m looking forward , because i am have a little bit talent but it was a hard time . Maybe have Nicholson lost the fun in this game like me .
