When I was about four, my cousin and I were playing with her tea set....she bemoaned the fact we had no tea to drink, I, being the helper, went to the med. cabinet, and brought back codeine cough syrup...yummy! After a while I went downstairs and stood on the staircase. I then told everyone there.. that the curtains did not match the drapes...apparently that stirred them up...my cousin and I were put to bed for a long winter's nap...guess what! My carpet matches my drapes!!;; I won!!!

Dear Stephanie, all your vlogs are beautiful, but this time I was so touched that I was crying. My husband looked at me, puzzled, 😄 and I told him the whole story. Of course he knows I’ve been following your vlogs for a long time. Your attitude in life is very much like mine. But my father was the opposite of supportive, when I wanted to persue my dream, arts. Eventually, a very long and sad story short, we broke up. I followed my dreams and I have done well in my field. My husband is my biggest supporter and I’m very, very happy on our farm, gardening and making art. Even in the saddest moments, humor and love for life always won. Your vlogs are no escape for me, but they really resonate with me. Thank you so much, Stephanie. I am very, very happy for you, for the way things took a turn for the best! Well deserved!! Big Hug from Holland. (safe distance. 😄) 💛💕💛

Thank you for sharing your experiences with your father. I went through a similarly stressful time with my father last year. He went through a protracted time in and out of hospital only to discover he had developed lymphoma. The end was sudden and left mom and I in shock. So glad you can talk about it. Eases the burden a little. X

So sorry for the loss of your father. Went through similar with my dad and cancer. It was very quick once we found out he had cancer. It was hard.

I have been hooked on this channel in the past year as a way to escape the negative politics and the scary news reports about Covid-19. A lot of the videos on this channel I think are actually better made than some of the “Lifestyle” tv shows that are on in Canada.

Thanks for making me cry, but so appreciate hearing your story and the history behind the chateau. What a wonderful person you are and your dad was, (not to say that your mummy and others aren't) but for the foresight, dedication and love you and your father had/have for your wonderful chateau/home in the early days. ❤️

stephanie, you, just by yourself, have demonstrated THE paradigm of passion, talents, connectivity, ambition n an appreciation that when beauty itself is uncovered in human creativity, in those who came before you n within those wonderful people with whom you now surround yourself, true fulfillment happens....n may it long reside with you. n especial thanks to your parents for such a wise combo, lol.
