You better than me girl. I would buy that avocado with the FULL INTENTION of putting it in my hair. Get home and that avocado will end up on some wheat toast with tomato slices and cracked pepper on top....

This mask made both my daughter's and my hair super manageable and hydrated. I will definitely use it a couple times a month as a deep conditioner moving forward because it worked better than the store-bought deep conditioners I have. Thank you!

Kim thank you so much for this concoction! My low porosity hair needed a serious moisture pop after a rice water treatment. This mask did the trick and I even tried the Bantu knot-out style. I haven't done that style on my hair since you did your first one five years ago. The mask was easy to make and whipped up perfectly. My hair now has luster, moisture, and is just beautiful. Our hair length is about the same so this style was perfect. Thanks again.... long time subbie :-)

Just tried this i love it. I actually been doing a somewhat similar mask for years.. Instead of coconut oil i use olive oil and instead of lemon i use honey. ..both gave me great results

I just use avocado fruit and conditioner the lemon dries my hair and the coconut hates my hair . Lol Also noticed over the years that my hair prefers avocado fruit to the oil. Comes out soft and bouncy . 🙂🙂

Shampoo is for the roots only. It will create dry ends which could lead to breakage. Curls are definitely hydrated after the mask.

I don't have coconut oil but I have olive oil and castor oil so I'm going to use a little of my olive oil and hope for the same results. Taking my braids out right now as we speak so I'll be doing this tonight. Wish me luck!

Lol i just ended up doing this recently. i bought an avocado but didn't use it in time, it got too mushy. I just mashed it up with some conditioner and acv, it worked pretty nicely.

I’m definitely going to try this. After my second pregnancy my hair has been so dry and I dnt want to just go out and buy and try a bunch of product for them to just not work. This looks easy enough though and wont be a waste of money. Thanks love 🤗

I did an avocado and banana mask and had bits of both in my hair. I had to use a fine tooth comb and conditioner to get it out. My hair looked and felt great but never will I put avocado or banana in my hair again.
