*Fasting, too!* I've had remarkable improvement in energy, as has my 77 year old mother, from incorporating intermittent and, especially, prolonged fasting (mostly 3- to 5-day water fasts, but some dry fasts, too). I've read it increases the number of and improves the quality of mitochondria, as well. We eat as clean as we can, too, and take a few supplements. My mom had a stroke 8 years ago and has run out of energy after lunch for the day...until she started fasting. Now she goes like the Energizer Bunny!

Thankyou deeply for your work, I have followed your consciousness work for many many years and you have helped me profoundly. I was very unhealthy when i was younger (obese) and I found your work and it resonated so deeply with me. I knew I could trust you. My biological age was much older than my chronological age, this started young for me but by listening to your kind and intelligent advice I have turned that around! Now my biological age is less than ny chronological age 🤸💪🙏♥️ I live what you teach and would love you to please keep sharing so generously because there is a ripple effect. I am a Mum and the healthier I am, the healthier my children will be...and so on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you do. Please keep sharing. I guess I have to say "good evening". 🥰 Does mito chondrial health also contribute to a body running "hot" just as it does for the body running cold ? This is what we should have learned in health class. Your offers of medical knowledge are not taken for granted, thank you. And if you're still in London, "Goodnight". You tour like the "Stones" in the 70's..😅. It's truly an impressive schedule, yet also exhausting. I guess you have incredible mito chondrial health..❤

For me this is very interessting, having worked many years with " living matter", how science denotes it. But I am very grateful for life and therefor want to make also the best of it ,and therefore it is important how to support it by a meaningful lifestyle. And here much knowledge is neccesary, in order to do that.Without understanding basic mechanisms of biological and life of consciousness, how will you accomplish that? And when you try to live a counscious life there rests a responsibility how to care for all your so called matter (in a vedantic sense). Therefore it is important to develop a right thinking and knowledge about our body too.😊

Excellent advice! It's amazing I was just talking to someone about these very things. Not that amazing as I talk about these things quite frequently because our body is our sole, soul, means of connecting to the Universe visa vie the mind which plays the 3 kinds of instruments of our body which is really the Universe but the body is home base, imo. I would say it's literally of vital importance to put in our bodies 100% of what it needs to function optimally. Any vitamin or mineral which are chronically deficient in will, will, cause a disease of some kind which is likely to be attributed to genetics or happenstance but the reality is, imo, most diseases are caused by chemical imbalances in the body either by having too little of things or too much. We, imo, need to figure out what we are actually putting into our bodies and then see what we might need to supplement based on what we are actually doing right now. It's also important to make sure we don't get too much of some nutrients because this will interfere with the processes in the body which has been wonderfully made to operate with certain ranges of ingredients processed within specific pressure conditions and energies which are determined by our state of mind and reflected by hormones which are the messengers of our state of mind to the body as messenger RNA are messengers to the ribosomes. I told someone today that our mitochondria strip electrons from ATP which has been specifically made to be disassembled onto receptors one by one visa vie a resonance of attraction to the enzymes and something? of these receptors like Coq10 which I doubt 5 % get from diet. I made the analogy of Lucy in the chocolate factory as what happens when these receptors are understaffed, chocolates just start piling up on the factory floor which only has so much capacity for cleaning up chocolates because they are supposed to be in boxes for shipping. That's the end of that analogy. The ATP is supposed to be stripped down to the protons and these are placed more on one side of a boundary condition, firmament or heaven, than the other to create a pressure differential which causes the movement of the conveyor belt like a water wheel on a river. I remember it was around 7 years ago that I saw a short video about the functioning of our mitochondria which they said was an electron transfer chain which would also be a transform chain as energy and information are interchangeable as being the word of every genesis. I was watching the video and I just started seeing the Great Pyramid filled with bubbly water and vibrating from the bottom up powerfully but tightly like a plucked harp string. I could see a vapor rising from the water knowing that the chemicals in the water would all be vibrating at predictable frequencies due to vibration of the water which was their environment. The freestanding slabs above the King's chamber would also vibrate at frequencies predetermined by their structures within certain vibratory environments and thus attract any other substance which resonate with these frequencies like the sound of one vibrating string will cause others to vibrate which resonate because of their geometrical structure. This is how all energy and the information it necessarily contains is transferred and transformed at all levels of the Universe as the electron transfer chain which is the same principle followed in the Tesla tower at Wardenclyffe which was tied to the Earth and it's natural tides via large tubes connected to underground water fed by the ocean. I happened to see that Tesla wondered what kind of fat to add to the underground water. The fat is necessary to form membranes around energetic structures just like lipids in our cells. There's a lot more but that's probably more than enough. 🙏⚕️🙏

@@harvinderubhi5540 You are like messenger RNA from the nucleus of the Universe more often referred to as an Angel. I watched the beginning of a couple of his interviews or really classes and I think he does a much better job of explaining things than anyone I've seen in this area of biology. Already I saw where he let's us know that science can't actually see these processes going on in the cell. I've always thought so and would comment about that but no one ever said that they couldn't. I think they have a pretty good idea about how they work though by cross referencing different ideas known to be true because they can be seen like resonance across structures. I've seen less than an hour of him so far. I saved both videos one from the Royal Institute to my electron transform library. I'm sure I'll be watching hours of him this week. I'm excited to see if he suggests that the process for the biological transformation of energy is fundamentally the same for the nonbiological transformation of energy with the transference being electrical and the transformation being informative as what we experience. ⚕️
