The thing that I love about this show is that unlike 90% of other Biblical dramas, whose scripts consist of some wooden combination of hopelessly childish drivel and verbatim copy-pasting of the Biblical Text into the script, this one is intelligently written. The actors actually speak and interact like real, adult human beings, and have natural-sounding, mature dialgoues, interactions, and mannerisms. All the while remaining Historically accurate and faithful to the Gospel Accounts. 10/10!

I really like Peter and John, the dialogue, chemistry and humor between the two brothers. Mary Magdalene is on point! Jonathan Roumie is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ no words... watching him is a real treat to the eye. First of all this show is amazing and coming to that conclusion was because of the respect and honesty and beauty of seeing who Jesus called to share His message of salvation. Plus the the two gentlemen who play big James and John are hysterical and literally with their humor calm my panic sttacks each time.
