I just love how a lot of people seem to rate a horseman’s/horsewoman’s worth or training on riding a horse. You do massive amounts a training with all of your horses every single day when you interact with them. That training is invaluable! Just a normal, run of the mill day in the life of Clever Cowgirl....you accomplish more in one day than most people do in a week! A woman's work is never done. Your new mower is fantastic. I always long to be riding one when I see big, beautiful fields. Have to say, your 'shorts' are just terrific and the music is always so good (can't submit comments on those shorts, so doing it now!).

You can comment on shorts, but there's a trick. Scroll CC's video up, then pull it down again. That usually gives you a menu to "like, dislike, comment or share". Works for my phone anyway.

I don’t tend to read many of the comments, but I gather that there has been a fair bit of complaints about not training/riding, When you’re a one woman show, it’s kind of hard to get anything but chores done, especially after a harsh winter. You just keep doing what you’re doing, and I’ll keep watching and wishing I could be there to help muck stalls. :) and if those folks are comparing you to Shea over at Free Spirit Equestrian, it’s like apples and oranges. She has a tenth the acres, 3 times as many helpers and no special needs horses. I like your channel because you’re so down to earth and remind me of my youth.

I watch other horse channels, but this is far and away my favorite. I love the down to earth narration with the occasional comic relief interlude. The focus is on the horses and all the hard work that goes into taking care of them. There is no way I would last a day in CC's shoes.

Enjoyed your show tonight. I have a hint now that the little birds are gone and out of your trailer, you can do what I have done before and take you a piece of thicker plywood. Have it screwed into place paint it gray and sealed that off they’ll be a little irritated, but they’ll find another place to have the nest. I had a duck in my front yard near the door and I didn’t catch it before she laid all her eggs, sometimes it’s hard to be held hostage so I would try that it’s a simple fix. Thank you.

I tell you this all the time, but I enjoy your videos so much. I learn something every single time. I laughed out loud when you said organizing the horses for the summer was "like tetris with horses" 😂😂. I'm a retired teacher and I can identify! I also want to say there are always people who imagine they would do better no matter how much experience you have and how little they have. It's obvious to me you know exactly what the horses need and I'm glad they are all with you. It's obvious you heal them in body and soul. I'm thankful you share these with us.

I love watching your channel. It’s real life. I rescue and rehabilitate abused and unhandled horses. Most of my time is spent working with them at liberty, doing chores or doing maintenance around the ranch. I also work full time. I spend very little time actually riding. I love watching you do chores.

I live in Florida and used to test John Deere equipment on 2nd shift so spent lots of time with moonlight and headlights. I really enjoyed it 😊 We mowed the polo grounds in Sarasota so I got to watch the horses'herd dynamics which was cool. I also would see possums, deer and even owls in the middle of a playing field watching for little frogs to eat. Amazingly the headlights and sound of our diesel engines didn't faze any of them. We also had very deep ditches inhabitated by alligators and although we never actually saw them out of the ditches we could see footprints and a groove where their tails dragged! We would see them crossing a 4 lane road during the day driving from our home base to the polo grounds though. It was lucky we never encountered them while mowing because they could outrun any of our mowers or small tractors😁 The fastest we used at the polo grounds went 17mph and used to mow the very fine grass like used for putting greens which is what is used for polo grounds. Thank you CC for showing all us armchair cowpokes how much goes into doing what you do out of love for horses. We love you for it!🥰
