Hey, really appreciate your work. I have to modify the NOR of a CFI-1202A console with the 3 beep, but that one is not listed, can I use another model instead? I have already tried but changing the model makes the console not work at all, not even 3 beeps anymore. I have tired to modifying the model number on the modified Nor using the neo programmer but same result. Thank you so much for everything you have been sharing.

After all these years im watching right to repair move forward with ferocity. It is amazing to watch in real time while i struggle with this PS5 game crashing error lol. I hope its the SSD controller not the APU. The burn mark on the heatsink wasnt too bad i dont think. Thanks Phil. Something that actually works and doesnt force me to re-login to my google account.

If the ch341a program is use as uart dose it work with your software? I actually tried and dose says it’s connected but when I try to get error code it just doesn’t do anything instead it freezes and I have to force close the program to try again. Any suggestions that I might be doing something wrong 😅?

I just flashed the BIOS on my 1015A disk version, and at first the disk drive seem to work fine, until it didn't.. The drive is fine, but some reason it's not communicating properly and won't take a disk .. When i bring up the NOR Modifier and change that serial number, you can see the motherboard serial as well, so it's there a chance the motherboard THINKS the daughter board isn't a match?

Also, when we use a working dump file, isn't that one linked to its original motherboard? How do these chips get flashed and work with another board? Do you have an in depth video on this? I thought you did, but can't find it.

They shouldn't block it, we've had UART from basically day one. Sony are a little more lax on repair these days

That would normally be when you don't have a uart device plugged in. I plan to work on a fix to handle that tomorrow :)

See, my thinking if a software owner can dictate and detect what you are running, if he's a bad actor he could inject payloads if the user gave admin rights to the prog and be doing a lot more than just sniping at other softwares, even if he wasn't malicious its highly likely that someone with some skill could hijack the processes and lay open folks computers to really bad folks. Half the folks out there don't scan incoming stuff or have anti-malware running, half of 'em don't even read the admin rights popup and see it as an irritation and most blithely expect their antivirus to do things it was never designed to do and save their security. Window's is a very very leaky boat and it doesn't take much to open a torrent gushing hole in someone's machine :(

Bwe is such a nasty person. He is so rude. You cant ask him questions. If you do he asnwere in such a weird way and if you ask again he threatens to block you. Xou literally have to deactivate your antvirus doftware so he can dcan your pc. You do this snd your acce6s gets blocked because of a false positiv. Then you have to beg him to unblock your access.
