they take 45% of all KZbinr revenue. That means they’re making 82% whatever a creator makes, and that’s per creator. Include all the revenue from channels less than 1k subscribers or 4k watch hours and they are making an absurd amount of money. I’d hate to be the next youtuber to reach 100k after that rule.
@staalman12263 жыл бұрын
@@guppygod7839 It's not stealing. You do realize how expensive it is to offer the services KZbin and other Google stuff does? Costs a ton in highly skilled labor, land, materials.
@justice51502 жыл бұрын
@@absolootdisaster1060 Bruh, you are tripping. KZbin made $20 billion in advertising money alone in 2020, and $6 billion in the first quarter of 2021. That's not including money from the various KZbin membership options, of which KZbin made over $5 billion off of in 2019 (with $15 billion from advertising). Should look into that claim a bit more next time.

There are a few things I really like about this video: -Your response to not getting something you wanted was to make it happen yourself -When you encountered major problems with the project you analyzed what went wrong and came up with increasingly creative solutions to fix it -You were okay with the project turning out differently than the original plan and were still satisfied with the work you did on it. Super great attitude, man! Very cool to watch.

I really like these videos where you attempt to create something. It's just as satisfying to watch as your metal refining and mine series.
@three6ohchris3 жыл бұрын
I know this was 5 years ago, but if you ever decide on remaking it, or trying for another, you should have someone cnc one out of graphite for you. It will allow you to make multiples of different metals, plus work far better than plaster or clay. Just a thought. Hard to believe that you've reached 10 years of Cody's Lab, and over 2 million subscribers now! So awesome. What a journey!

Nice job, Cody! If you try this sort of thing again, you might consider a two part mold instead of open-faced. If you make it out of ceramic and do a good long pre-heat to drive off any moisture, you should get a nice, clean casting without any bubbles and voids. Congratulations on 250K!

Thanks for the great videos Cody! I enjoy and learn from watching failures as much as much as successful attempts. I was a custom jewelry maker for many years (I just do it for fun now). Silver is much more difficult to cast than gold of platinum, even with a proper silica mold material, good flux, a centrifugal casting machine and an induction heater sliver still cast with a lot of porosity. A propane or natural gas torch with a reducing flame worked just as well as an induction heater, so your thought of dissolved oxygen might be the cause of the porosity that always seems to happen. My best silver castings were done by heating the silver fast, casting fast and air cooling for a few minutes before quenching in a water bath.

Roman S. I used to make jewellry, and we used it all the time, until we got an ultrasound cleaner. It can produce tiny marks but are easily removed with a polisher (buff ball on a grinder).
