Like you, I learned my lesson the hard way with not checking in on time. Most, not all, properties will be fine if you just call ahead and tell them you will be late so many days. Hi J & C! Congrats on the suite upgrade at RR - nothing nicer than having spacious quarters to relax and enjoy - so cool to have a spa tub too, the world melts away when those jacuzzi jets kick in! You were not kidding when you said you where hungry! That was quite a meal at Osteria - everything looked incredible. We sure had a fun time with Nicky & Claire when we got to spend some time with them, what a fun couple - looks like you really tore things up! I'm glad I found your channel, I follow different slot players, vloggers, etc. I showed my wife your channel. You guys are realistic as far as gambling. My wife does the same thing she sets money for each day, if she wins she puts her winnings in the safe and only uses what she has set aside for that day. We like to have nice dinners, and quick bites alike, when we go to Vegas.We have certain restaurants we like to go to all the time, but we find new ones watching the different channels on here also. What’s up John? Yeah, we both agree that you’d love Red Rock and they’re very good with filming access too. Definitely give it a go on one of your next trips if you’re feeling adventurous. Sometimes it’s hard to leave the central hub, but when you have a rental car it’s literally a nice little 15-20 drive away and very pleasant. I’ve never slept so good at any other property. Don't know if you guys have tried that restaurant Osteria Fiorella, but it was delicious. There's just so many other good Italian Restaurants in Vegas too so, I would recommend getting dinner there only if you're in the area, not that it was bad, but it didn't beat Amalfi on the strip. Yeah, I went brain dead on the drink order as soon as I heard "No cider." I won't do that again, my ears are still ringing from the ass chewing I got. So excited for you guys and the upcoming trip. Would love to be there as well. We are heading to Oz in October and will be getting back to Vegas before the end of the year. Always a pleasure Mammy ❤️

Courtney that sucks! We do find that it helps asking for it by name.. MGM and Caesars properties usually have angry orchard. Oh man was it brutal ?! Crazy too because we normally do well over there, but at the end of the day, Nicky and Claire are two people who know how to take the highs and lows and still have a great time. It was a very enjoyable night and we’re so glad we got to catch up with them again. If you get a chance to try the restaurant in Red Rock, we’d recommend giving it a go. Especially on a Tuesday with 50% off wine!

I saw the meal at Osteria but said to the wife should we go and get a pizza 🍕 but I’m sure Nicky said in his vlog the food was great but the pizza was poor. We are buzzing to go now, haven’t been since Feb 2020 and we are chomping at the bit for November 🥳

Slots were brutal for you guys! Still a great vlog! What room did you end up at Cosmo? Last time we stayed there, I called to see if we had any upgrades available and she told us about the “Angle Suite”. It is not on the website. It has a bigger balcony and a second bathroom with a shower. I still like the 1 bedroom terrace room better.

What's up Lynn? Couldn't agree more, the one bedroom terrace is our favorite room too. It's so comfy and feels like our home away from home. This trip we had the Terrace Studio. Still a very nice room and the open floor layout was a nice change. Essentially, it just didn't have the corned off bedroom area. It was so busy in July that no upgrades were available and people watching by the pool was a no go 🙅‍♂️ 😒 Our sweet spot was floor 19 in the Boulevard Tower Room 1981 right on the corner overlooking the pool and the strip. The Angle Suite sounds fancy! Cailey's going to look into that I'm sure 😅. Thanks for dropping by ❤️

Hi Tracy! Thank you for watching and the comment ❤️ We have never tried the $20/$50 trick from a city room to a terrace before. Definitely recommend giving the trick a try but the only way you’ll 100% get the room that you want is by booking before you get there. I’d recommend calling them to see how much extra it is to upgrade to the terrace, last time we stayed at the Cosmo they were 100% booked so we couldn’t change rooms! I wouldn’t want that to happen to you if you have your heart set on getting a balcony. Now as for the ‘trick’.. At check in we give them our ID or booking number and the pass them a $20 or $50 (depending on what type of upgrade we’re asking for) and we say ‘this is a tip for you’ 🤣😆 then we just ask for whatever upgrade we’d like to get, so we aren’t sneaky about it at all! It’s worked 4 out of 5 times for us so far. We’ve had an upgrade from city view to strip view, lower floor to higher floor, studio terrace to one bedroom terrace and we’ve even selected a specific room number before🤩 Best of luck on your trip!
