We love staying at Sunset station. A lot calmer out there, lots of stuff to do, casino is friendly. If you ever go back and want to explore that area, Sams Town is nearby and has similar vibes.

I completely agree with you, those slots and cheers and the smell of the casino first thing in the morning is amazing! I would have definitely done the 21 in the middle, Im pretty sure I was yelling at the screen on the previous vlog to do the middle option lol. That plaza had it all! Days like this are very enjoyable because we’re off the drinks during the day to zoom around town in the car and when we park at night, it’s game on and like a completely separate day. Seems like the day lasts longer because it’s split into two. Something we really enjoy about Vegas is you can make each day a completely different adventure and not only will you never be able to do everything, but it’s different every time. It’s just such a cool place. OYO was roasting!!! Roasting!!! 😆🥵 but yes, Hooters is a plus and the center bar has good beer on tap so gaming is enjoyable and people watching is phenomenal! That 21 dollar run was such a damn good time. Never had so much fun losing our asses 😆

Hi J & C - loving the vlogs, the reason you love the Boulevard tower is the same reason we love Palazzo - the parking is RIGHT there PLUS there is a Starbucks in the hallway. Was saddened that Sunset Station didn't pay out better, Curtis is a HUGE fan of the casino too and of Sea Monkey's slots machine. I'll bet you got a lot better prices at Shake Shack being off the strip. We agree that In & Out are just so-so burgers. 🍔 Green Valley Ranch area is a lot like Summerlin, they both cater to locals and are more of high end casinos. You stayed at OYO a lot longer than we would've with their A/C not working 🔥 - kudos to you both, wish the slots paid off better there as well. We do, however, love eating at Hooters - love the fried pickles there. Do either of you stray from slots and go to table games or to some of the "table game machines?" I like the individual bubble craps machines and have had some success on them. Also, we noticed that you both play on your own cards - ever play on just one card to get more points? Just wondering. Thanks again for the wonderful content. You really "milked" the last $20 at Cosmo, we were so pulling for you to hit something big. Looking forward to more of your trip. Hugs to you both! 🎰👍🤩

What’s up Kev? Love when you drop by and thanks for the awesome compliment and feedback ❤️ We’ve never really strayed from the slots, but we’re not opposed to trying table games. We’ve talked about it and we’d like to find a friendly dealer on a slow day so we can learn the game. We got the basics down for poker, blackjack but never bet money on it at a casino. Will definitely be something we dabble in on one of the future trips…. Might even get hooked. We got a few questions about the players cards and we agree that the points would rack up much quicker. The reason we do individual cards is because we don’t really chase free play as much as we chase comp nights. We’re both receiving multiple free nights at most of the properties on strip based on our current gameplay. Vegas is also very accommodating with combing reservations so we never pay for Cosmo. Wynn however, might be a good property to combine at because we haven’t seen comps and if we were combined we’d probably have an offer by now. Something we’ll do next trip. Thanks for the reminder

Suggestion for your next trip, there is a bistro just down the street on Fremont called the Smashed Pig that makes a great green bean tempura and tasty beers on tap.

That Hertz rental at the Cosmo is amazing! I’ve rented there before and I love how you can park right there next to the entrance. Very quick walk to the elevator. Unfortunately, it looks like they closed permanently from what it says on the Hertz web site.

What’s up Matt? Yeah, we love that one too. In our latest series we rent from the Wynn Hertz and if you’re hey got a pretty solid system too. Both of those properties are doing things right. The Cosmo Hertz was open in late Dec, think it’s probably just a website issue that shows it closed

We LOVE the OYO! Cheap Blackjack and great bartenders at video poker bar. We won some and lost some there. We still like Casino Royale, but wish the table games were still there. The dive bars just have a fun vibe and you meet some interesting characters which makes the evening entertaining. 😁 I was just at OYO a couple times on our girls trip in late July (but A/C was working fine for us 😂) and we are heading back for anniversary trip in Sept, pretty sure we will end up there at least once! Hey Ronda, we always leave a tip for housekeeping when we leave for the day, but never got a note from them. Thought that was really sweet. The Scampi Fries are a snack from the UK. They don’t have them at Traders Joes and they’re very hard to find in the US. If you get your hands on a bag, you’ll love em! Sooo good!!

OYO rocked when it was Hooters. My first trip to Las Vegas I went in their and could not lose a hand at Black Jack. By the end of the trip my friends were ready to kill me. At least the dealers at the time where Hooter Girls. Too bad they didn't keep that going. I would say through the years that place went to hell.

If you do pop over there, The Underground Lounge in OYO has Space Dust IPA on tap and occasionally have some good bands on. What’s going on? Yes, all drinks are free in Vegas when your actively gambling. Normally drink service is stellar in the Cosmo, but because it was so early in the morning there was fewer waitresses on the floor so we had to track them down. As soon as we tracked the waitress down and showed her where we were sitting, the free drinks started flowing
