My apologies, Analysts and Chino XL fans. In a previous version of this video, I mistakenly reacted to the wrong verse on the song. I'm embarrassed and in no way meant any disrespect at all. Chino XL was a mic titan and my sincerest condolences to his family. Thank you to the Analyst that pointed it out. I apologize for my mistake.

I'm 43 now and have been rhyming since I was 13. The first time I really listened to Chino XL, I threw away my rhyme book. He inspired me to be smarter. I'm from the hood and my parents and teachers couldn't do that for me. I'm thinking the most high wanted to re vamp his spiritual text and make it rhyme and hit hard with punch lines. Can't wait to read that bible. RIP to the 1st Mensa representative from the hood. You inspired me to learn more and take those IQ tests..... "And every verse, ditto. My defeat you better have more blind folded faith than a kidnapped version of Biggie's widow, kiddo".

Man, I’ll forever remember listening to RICANStruction: The Black Rosary on a whim, I was literally just getting into hip-hop as a moody teen and seen the album on one of the many hip-hop related websites I used to frequent. Little Man hit like a goddamn truck. What a powerful, powerful track. Oh, and Buried in Vocabulary was a complete mindfuck, I had no idea rap could be THIS lyrically creative and in-depth. R.I.P. to the legend, can’t believe he was only 50 with how much of a presence the man had since the mid 90’s.

Lyrically on of the best spitters to ever bless a mic. Whether you loved him or hated him, his work and legacy are undeniable. He literally forced me to step up my vocabulary and I don't even rap. The Punchline God. Hearing Here To Save You All as a youngin forever changed my perception of lyricism and the importance of vivid wordplay and metaphors. I didn’t buy the album he did with Stu Bangas but I own his other solo albums as well as a signed copy of his first comic. His passing is really shocking because he’s always been in shape. But I was reading Prince Po’s IG post and he seemed to imply that Chino was sick. EFN has a lot of nerve. I didn’t see him and NORE inviting Chino to Drink Champs and they had PLENTY of time to do so. These MFs had ICP and Yung Berg on DC for Christs Sake, Benzino several times. Chino would’ve been the perfect guest- decades of experience in the industry and he had a Pun verse in the vault that he used on RicanStruction. It’s a shame.

It makes perfect sense. They don’t want to keep the death secret, but they also don’t want to be asked a whole lot of questions about the circumstances. They know his fans should know, but the family would also like to mourn in peace. Are you really unable to understand that?
@MeccaMakeba6 ай бұрын
@@anonymouslakernerd7214 No, I don't understand. I don't know him. There have been a lot of young people committing suicide, dying from cancer, and drug overdose.
