I love this guy & what a memory. If I’m not mistaken, in Goodfellas they mention the name Fat Andy and the guy that played Fat Andy was 1 of the NY cops that was on Gas pipes payroll I believe Ippolito was his last name. He wrote a book & both of the cops retired & moved to Vegas & ultimately went to prison for a number of murders when they were on Gas Pipes payroll. Very interesting!!! Great job on this interview. 47:10 It was the same here in Northern Ireland for years, you couldn't get a 'good job' unless you knew, or had family working in a similar environment. I remember when all you had to do was know someone in a job like the post office or hospital for example, and you'd get informed of an upcoming job and would have a quick chat (interview) with a manager and get the job.
