I needed to hear "I shouldn't compare my progress to when I was able to hit my goal weight 5 years ago." I hit my goal in 2019 and have had 2 babies since then. I'm only 3 months postpartum and have been so hard on myself lately. Thank you for reminding me that the most important thing is to feel healthy.

You are doing awesome but my advice (not that you’re asking) is to count your morning coffee because that really adds up over a week! Also, as soon as I started eating more protein the weight started coming off much easier. I wasn’t eating enough calories or protein and now I’m losing quicker and actually eating more. It’s been so easy since I made the switch. Good luck!

Please don’t be discourage you have a few months of your body adjusting with your hormones. Read about hormone’s switching after breast feeding and weight. Switching back to your normal hormone balance can take months and your body holds onto weight during that time. Thank you for your videos I just started WW to lose my last 15 and I am binge watching your videos

I was wondering how you were going to handle the hash brown situation!😂YEP! That's exactly what I'd do! LOL! I tell ya, some of those points make my jaw drop! I'm pretty sure the other customers in Walmart think I'm a looney, going around scanning everything and mumbling to myself.

I've been following your journey for years and you've done so well each and every time - I tried WW a couple of years ago and lost a lot of weight very quickly then piled it back on again because it wasn't sustainable for me however I've discovered it's because I wasn't utilising my 0 point foods enough AND I was doing a lot of exercise and not using my fitpoints so I'm trying again... just finished my first week (well since Monday) and I've lost 2lbs so I'm so happy with that. I have a nearly 4 year old and I'm taking a lot of your family friendly meals as inspiration! x

In my experience, some weeks I will stay within points and be down nothing on the scale (I especially notice this if I'm eating too many carby foods because those make you retain water) so what u do is weigh in mid week. If theres no progress i will buckle down and eat cleaner. The days I see my biggest and fastest drops are when I drink a lot of water, eat clean foods like eggs, veggies, chicken, fruit ( keep snacking to a minimum of 1 snack in morning and small snack after night. Calories really do make a big difference so I track those as well as points. If you keep your calories to 1000-1200ish you will drop weight quickly. I don't do this all the time but some days yes. So far I've lost 15 lbs on ww in my first 6 weeks

At this point I'd say try to increase your workouts and maybe switch up the diet and start doing the low carb and see where that gets you. And of course just be mindful of the fact that with age and babies our bodies may never get back to where we were or want/expect it to be. But of course it doesn't hurt to try! Just don't get too discouraged, you have a beautiful figure and I'd be happy being right where you are now. Best of luck on your journey! 😊

Especially when at a stand still, the exercise comes in! Diet can only take it to a point but when we need to loose the extra lbs it’s the exercise that makes it or break it❤️ you should check out Nicole burgess. Anabolic way of eating is amazing!

This was a great video today. I really don't get how the hashbrowns can be so different in points! The adult lunchable looked really yummy and filling. Dinner also looked amazing. I could settle for that meal a couple of times a week too. Thanks for sharing an update on your WW journey. Those last few pounds can be so difficult but I know you will persevere through this plateau and successfully reach your goal, Hailey! 😊👍💕

Don’t stress over a last few pounds , I know it’s hard to be happy in our own skins sometimes , but as we age it is a struggle to lose weight , sometimes it’s not worth trying to be at an unattainable weight , life’s too short ❤️

Hey Girl Give yourself some GRACE! You look great! You need to remember everyone has plateaus when trying to lose weight. You have had 2 more babies and your 5 years older. My sister went through being at a standstill so she cut out her night dessert (which she didn’t do every night anyway) and it definitely helped her. Plus when it warms up start walking after dinner maybe. Just a suggestion only. The walking outside always seemed to help her more than the treadmill. I’m in Tn and the sun was shining beautiful today but it was cold here too. I can’t wait until SPRING! I’m ready to have some warmer weather. It always gives me more energy. Thanks for sharing. BTW - Steak 🥩 is delicious marinated in the Italian dressing too. We love it!

I took your advice and don't count my morning coffee. I feel like it mentally helps me stay on track with WW. I opt for coffee creamer in the morning and almond milk + sugar-free syrup for my afternoon coffee (or protein shake with iced coffee) that way I can still be on track, but have my coffee. I totally understand about not seeing progress. I haven't seen the scale move in 2 months, but I'm now trying to be a little more active to hopefully help lose a little bit of this stubborn weight.

Our Kroger has boars head and my family loves it! I’m vegetarian,but love going to Kroger to get all my meats for my family. I struggled when I tried WW. I ended up ditching that, using my FitBit and completely cleaning up my eating! In January I officially lost 100lbs🙌🏼 I know WW is successful, but my body hated it😂 I just track on my FitBit and have been super successful. I need a food scale though I’ve learned! My coffee is also my “freebie”😜even though I don’t do WW your recipes still help me so much!!

Hailey you look awesome you may not can attain that weight you were 5 years ago. You're older and your metabolism and hormones do change as we age. So love the size you are now and don't stress that also keeps you from losing weight. Also try to get alot more water in before your afternoon coffee. Let your coffee be a reward.

Start counting your morning coffee just for a week or two and see if that makes a difference. You said it’s 5 points. That’s 35 points you’re not counting for a week. Thats a lot of points especially if you did into your extra points too. 🤓

I totally understand what you mean! I’ve been doing WW for about 15 years and used to be able to go off for a day or two and get back on and still lose or at least maintain! It’s so hard!

I just bought some of that cheese light 75 & I can’t wait to try it. I definitely still have to get those hashbrowns! Love this channel for WW! I’m stuck on 30 lbs down 😞 but still on track. I want to lose 12 more lbs. idk what I’m doing wrong. Life goes on tho! But still discouraging…this channel helps for ideas! 😊 How do u make the cold foam again?

I am in the same boat! Tracking - although, to be honest, maybe not 100% - and not losing. In fact, I am up 6 pounds from lowest weight. That is when they changed the program. Feel like this newest plan is not helping me any. I need to start walking! Also - love your sweatshirt! Love the color! Is it new? If so, where is it from? I’d love to get me one! You do a great job and I always love watching your videos! Thanks for everything!

Maybe you should try to count your calories for a week or two and make sure you are eating enough as well. My struggle with WW was I didn’t eat enough.

That’s why I can’t bring myself to do WW again because you aren’t eating enough. Calorie counting is so much more realistic

Haley it’s crazy I am struggling with that too as I have got older. I was able to get the wait off so faster and now it’s harder. Maybe try less carbs because I did no carbs and cardio and lose 60 lbs. can’t wait to see you’re Neal ideas!

Is the difference between the hash browns that one is frozen and the other isn’t? That could make the Oreida ones different because you’d be comparing frozen versus refrigerated. I have no idea, just a thought! Good video as always 😊

Just a thought...but wasn't the Weight Watchers program different when you lost the weight 5 years ago. Maybe that's why you can't take a whole cheat day?

Have you been double tracking? Maybe you’re not eating enough so your body is holding on to everything. I had to stop WW cause I would eat my points or more but not even be cracking 1000 cals which is way too low

It's probably that one is giving the serving and calories for frozen and one is not.

Where do you buy your sugar free Starbucks syrup? Our Starbucks won’t sell their syrups😩 I have an afternoon espresso and strangely enough it doesn’t keep me up.You look great.I was wondering why you trying to lose weight? Why not just do maintain now since you look great? Well I think you do but I guess we all as women probably feel like we could lose a little more weight.💝

You may have lost more weight when you did a whole cheat day because a day in surplus calories can reset your metabolism

Maybe you should look at how many overall calories you are eating. You may not be eating enough throughout the day.

Hi Hailey! This is just my suggestion, to see a bigger weight loss difference, I would skip breakfast & lunch & only have dinner at 5. You will definitely see a difference if you can manage to do that! ❤Tiff 😊
