I just discovered your channel this week, and since then I have been binging your videos and the videos of other crafters you've connected with over time. This is the first one you've uploaded since I started enjoying your content, so I wanted to take the opportunity to say THANK YOU, CrafsMan, for sharing your expertise, your humor, your creativity, and most especially, thank you for the love that absolutely permeates these videos. Watching your channel feels like a warm hug, and I can always feel comfortable letting my daughter watch your content with me, as well. Many thanks, much love, and I look forward to seeing what you do next!

THESE ARE SO AWESOME!!!!! I make realistic maggots and worms from clay for jewellery(I glue them into fancy frames to make brooches, earrings, etc.) and I never thought about using translucent clay for them, but this video made me realise it'd be perfect for them!!! Sprinting to the art store first thing tomorrow after school:D!!!!

A failsafe way to portion clay identically (for symmetrical features like legs): Roll out a some clay so that it's uniformly thick. Use small circle cutters / clay punches to pop out little discs of clay. Roll up your discs for equally portioned little nuggets. You can adjust the thickness of the rolled clay, the size of the cutters, or combine discs to vary the size of your portioned lumps! Love these little dudes, Crafsman ❤

I don’t know why you were on my recommended but so glad you were. First, your voice….it’s like a soothing addiction that sucked me in. It has southern hospitality, inviting, calming vibes that made me feel safe but hearing your voice talk about this craft, I had to see the finished quirky product. Again, glad I stayed bc they’re adorable. I recently saw a video where someone made flesh donuts and used similar methods but hers were squishy I believe. I want to squish these little guys so bad. They just look like they want to be squished. Can’t wait to go watch more of your videos. Subscribing for sure.
