How could I go about adding a bottom and sides to it? So it could be a little purse? I found some Jack Skellington fabric that would be adorable for this!

Erm... I would imagine you could add a tapered gusset to both outer and lining, starting from maybe just below the ears? That way you don't have to mess about with the fiddlier parts of the shape. Try it with scrap fabric first, don't cut into your NBC fabric till you're certain! c x

I have a quilted mouse purse that I thrifted that this little wallet would be purrrfect for!! I am brand new, brand new to sewing...this there a way to sew the lining pieces to the outer pieces together, rather than making them separately and then sewing them together?

You can, but I did it this way so that there are no raw edges inside, c x

I always think of that *after* I've made something but I do find, especially with dolls, that it's better to do the features after it is sewn and stuffed. They come out much more symmetrical and central, c x
