Great suggestion to pop your accessories in the pouch, put it on the hangar.

What a great tutorial thank you. Quick question. Is their any such gizmo that I can use as I guide to make my sewing straight for instance that strap I need something to butt fabric too.
@TheCraftsChannel4 жыл бұрын
Hi Tracy, you can get magnetic guides but I'd suggest you cut a strip of thick card and then tape it temporarily to the side of your base plate, in front of the foot, c x

Hello I brought a new Singer Fashion Mate 3333 sewing machine last year for the Needle threader & it does not thread! 😕 Got to wait until the Shop opens up after this Lockdown to contact them 😋 💕 Erica x
@TheCraftsChannel4 жыл бұрын
Is it the kind of threader where you bring down the lever and it pokes a fine wire hook through the needle eye? I struggled with mine for a while but I'd bent the wire slightly so as long as I kind of wiggle it it works again, c x
@ericabates53614 жыл бұрын
Hello, yes it's got a lever you bring down. & 4 prongs incase around the needle. You bring the thread in the center of the 4 prongs & release the lever up. But it does not thread the loop through the needle 😮 Erica x
@TheCraftsChannel4 жыл бұрын
@@ericabates5361 oo, that doesn't sound the same as mine. I've been known to take the needle out to thread it by hand! c x

That's a great idea! I was also thinking of binding the seams.
@TheCraftsChannel4 жыл бұрын
You can do, and they make a much better finish when working with thinner layers. If you're using quilted fabric though, binding would be neater. We try and keep these demos fairly short and easy to encourage new stitchers so sometimes I do take the easy way out ;) c x

What sence makes a lining, if you still have raw edges inside? Here a better one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b4qXpH5je8R4gcU

The only problem is that your video is in German and there are no English subtitles to follow. I would like to be able to know what is being said. Would you consider adding English captions Angelika?
@angelikaimnaehglueck4 жыл бұрын
@@ParchCraftAustralia You can use automatical translation into a lot of langunes from youtube. Even - i can - but the translation is not really good.
