It was killer kool that the Mustang Club let you run with them. LOVED the rear window mounted camera view. The best part of this cruise was that you did it with your Father. It seems like we never take enough time to do stuff with our parents. My Mom passed the day before her 66th birthday, but I did buy a house with her, after my parents divorced, and I took a few road trips with her as well, but sadly, it was nowhere near as much as I wish I had done with her. When I was in my teens and early 20's I was in Boy Scouts, and my Father was the Scoutmaster, but it wasn't until I was 50 years old that I did something with him outside of Boy Scouts. We went to see a Beach Boys concert with The Temptations as the opener. I have easily been to over 1000 concerts in my life, and that was the first one I ever went to with him. Enjoy the time you spend with your cars, and love the time you get to spend with your parents, it's never going to be enough.

Is oil on the inside of the transmission inspection cover, or the outside? Rear main will have oil under the cover. Oil pan gaskets on 302's rear hump is bigger than the front. You might check that first. Yours suppose to use lots of RTV gasket maker on the rear hump of the oil pan.
@Thecraig9093 жыл бұрын
Oil is on the front side. So it may just be the pan gasket. That’s my hope at least.

I LOVE the first gen Mustangs SO much. It's one of my bucket list cars. I am 38 now and I've owned 65 cars since I was 14 and I've had some sick cars, but only one muscle car, a bunch of cheap worthless crap, and the rest were really fast imports. I have a 709 whp EJ8 1997 Civic coupe and a 500 whp V6, six speed manual swapped, turbo CG1 2001 Accord. I have videos of them on my channel if you're bored, but I'm sure imports aren't your cup of tea. I'd still choke a midget to get my hands on a 67 Mustang fastback with a FE 429 and a 5 speed manual. I'd even settle for a Coyote swap with massive cams, some crazy lope, a big Procharger, and a Tremec TR6060.

Man your truck is just plain badass and sounds soooo damn gooood man I could listen to it all day like who needs music when they have a badass cammed up truck to listen to, im getting really close to having my (don't laugh 😂) 79 pinto on the road that I built a stroker 347 for and put a T5 transmission with a 8.8 rear with 4.10 gears and i put a big cam, aluminum heads airgap intake proform 750 race series carb and i ported the heads and intake and had the block decked and the heads milled with a aluminum flywheel and underdrive pulleys and I stoked to almost have it on the road and I hope that it sounds at least half as good as yours does cause you're truck sounds sooo sick man, watching your dad draw up when you got in it was hilarious and said that he hit his head when you stomped it 😂🤣 good stuff man 👍🏾🚙💨💨💨💨💨🚗💨💨💨💨

Your "bad boy ford" is just marking its territory like a Rottweiler. I think that the next adventure for this truck is three to one steering like your mustang/vett cars have. I think its building too much pressure in the base of the engine and doing what it knows how to do is find the weak link in its glue. I do believe they make positive crankcase ventilation set ups for those rigs. Just be careful Craig... its short and loud like you wanted but it will do donuts when it is not on the list of things done today... careful and steady.
