I was number 2 to get this on m2c. And am over the moon. As stated @8:30 i am never or almost never in that situation But yes there is rasp veeery limited @2k rpm and > 30% throttle

Great video man! I got the first EL midpipe on my M2c in Australia, and it sounds amazing. I am also experiencing the rasp issue at low rpm as Rob mentioned (catless DP’s), so it’s good to see they’re working on a solution with the resonators 🙏

I’ve been waiting for about a month and a half but it will be worth to wait. So I was thinking of getting mpe axel backs. Should I pay the extra for titanium or just got with stainless steels since it’s only axel backs?

The only thing about titanium exhausts is the "tinny" sound from it. Since the S55 platform already is raspy the titanium might amplify that. I've heard the Dinan Axleback sounds pretty darn good too when paired up with the equal length midpipe

Makes sense. The Single midpipe does do justice. But sooner or later you'll be able to pick up used ones as people sell their f80s and move onto the G8x platform or other cars.

There's a ton of other rear sections you can pair it up with. Just off the bat, the AWE TRACK , AWE SWITCHPATH, Dinan Exhaust, Akrapovic, Active Autowerke madmax and more

I have not heard that setup yet. It's not reccomended from what Active Autowerke said. Then again it all depends on how you like it. Sound is subjective.

I drive to the “extreme” daily to work. I’m always in 1.5 - 3k rpms in high gear. It’s something called normal driving. I always have my valves opened. That m2 guy that complained was right. This with careless is shit. I glad that it’s not me and I feel sorry for him and his buddy. People need to be informed.

Yeah im sure they can but the getting the piping from the states is definitely going to be more expensive and therefore increase the cost for the customers.

Combination of both lol. Roads aren't the greatest in Miami. Definitely have to drive a little bit cautiously. Active Autowerke's facility is in the industrial sector.
