When you teach people that they don't have to defend (or even define) the methodology they used to decide their religion is true...why would they think a higher standard exists for a topic less important than "Is there a soul, and if yes what do you think happens to it?" It's time to address the source of all this. People who believe they can cast magic spells by talking to an invisible super hero need to be asked to define how they got to that belief and then made to realize that all other decisions they make will get extra scrutiny if they continue to cling to a pillar in their world view that has less support than I can muster for Santa being real.
