That Angel Oak Tree just blew me away, how magnificent and i'm glad they protect it! What also blew me away was this amazing Halloween House, how on earth did they let it come to this and now destroying it... with a little love it would be an awesome homestead tugged away from the hustling and bustling having freedom with loads of nature around you, two fireplaces omg and that beautiful huge porch, the interior is so spacey, that in my eyes is a dream house...smh that it will be gone forever! I live in Charleston so thanks for visiting! My boyfriend (who's been in Charleston all his life) and I also took a little tour around and saw many different filming locations from Halloween. We saw the gas station, the asylum (which is actually a military magnet academy!), and the house where Laurie shot the mirror (which I was so honored to visit because Nick Castle once stood there). Everything was about 10-15 minutes away from my apartment! My boyfriend also lives very close to this house, unfortunate that it's getting demolished. I'll have to ask my boyfriend what they plan to put in it's place.
