I never comment on KZbin but I really want to thank you Adam. I was really hoping to meet you yesterday in Pittsburgh. As I watched your video I realized that when that medical cart went bye I was around the corner. Dang. I just want to thank you for the work you do in your videos. PPG Place is a modern Gothic wonder! Love my “Burgh”! What craziness! Eat some pickles!What a beautiful city it is! Fun fact-Pittsburgh has a fourth river UNDER the city-a,secret one! As children in the 1950s ( and later, probably) we got to tour the Heinz factory and were given a pickle pin as a souvenir!

Pickles and Coffee, a great combo. for me it all tarted with diners when I was driving for a living. . I would get a tuna salad sandwich on rye with a coffee, on the side in aluminium foil. Inside the foil were 5 dill pickle spears. I would finish the tuna salad sandwich and all I had left were 3 pickle and the rest of my coffee. Sooo, i had the pickles and coffee, and it tasted great.. Now I make sure i get extra pickle spears.

As a Pirates fan, I'm well aware of Picklesburgh, but I also don't live near Pittsburgh, so I had no idea it was such a huge event. Not gonna lie, I thought it was the size of the typical Celebration Sunday Farmers Market. Thanks for highlighting the event, the video was dill-lightful!

The bridge and the incline railway are both really neat. I love a good pickle, but don't think I could do half of the stuff they make with pickles. I don't think I could have done that festival for all the people. My anxiety was up just watching and not being there in person.

Fried dill pickles are one of the most incredible things to eat ever invented! I love Kosher Dill, and normal Dill... the only sweet I like is pickle relish for hot dogs.

I’d there a difference between kosher flavor wise? Isn’t that a process of producing the pickles as opposed to a recipe?

@@CongressSux1776 Kosher pickles are made with a salt brine and flavored with garlic and dill, while regular pickles may be pickled with vinegar and flavored with sugar and other spices. For me, the brand of Kosher pickles I loved, had more garlic.... you can never have too much garlic.

That festival is a introverts worst nightmare with all of those people! That crowd is insane! Up where I am they have a peppermint festival. I have never been to it even though I love peppermint. I've lived in Pittsburgh for 24 years now and never went to Picklesburgh. I like pickles, but not "drudging through crowds for 1+ hours" much. I was at the Pirates/Phillies game Saturday and Yinzerpalooza was also very crowded (not as big).
