As someone who didn't have a Wii, and they decided to give controller options for sword swinging, I'm excited to give it a try. As for the Last of Us reremaster, I played the game when it launched on PS3. And I didn't buy the PS4 remaster, so I don't feel compelled to buy the reremaster on PS5. Only buy it if you haven't played it before and somehow can't get access to the earlier, cheaper versions of it.

You say that as if it's a bad thing. There is nothing wrong with enjoying something that is to your likings and standards. Plus, people can enjoy something, and point out the flaws. I, myself, liked Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but can see that it has a handful of flaws.

You can like something but still admit that some things about it need work, that's fine, but the main point of that line comes from how people will accept things different developers and publishers will do to their games to make money at the sacrifice of their quality like making yearly rushed games, flooding them with preorder bonuses, cutting content out of them for said preorder bonuses, multiple season passes, releasing games that they know are mediocre and unfinished with the excuse of "they'll just fix it later" the list goes on. Look at games the Mario 3D All Stars Collection where most people ignored all the problems with that release like charging $60 for an emulated collection of 15+ year old games, compared to other collections which remaster or even remake their games for much cheaper, with a limited time frame to purchase, with the only real bonus added being the soundtracks, and the emulation quality of the games in question are worse than basic pc emulation (or phone emulation in 64's case), and fans have been port mario 64 to other systems including the switch with a number of upgrades but there's a large amount of people who are fine with how Nintendo are doing things and that's part of the problem.

@@RaggedKnowledge96 : The rollback argument works best for Fighing games specifically. If something like lets say Dragon Ball Fighterz, Street Fighter: 3rd Strike or Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 got a rollback update even more people would be playing it right now. These tend to be games people ALREADY want to play, but the netcode is a hindrance to enjoying it. The rollback "hype" only works if its a game people would want to play or are hyped about from the get go without the rollback. Its why something like Thems Fighting Herds is not really being talked about much despite the netcode, they're not interested in the game itself. Something like Guilty Gear: Strive has the advantage of having Rollback netcode AND the casual hype behind it (also good word of mouth since its releasing after Dragon Ball FighterZ, which has made Arcsys more popular than ever). With Arms, I don't know the context. Maybe marketing was lacking by Nintendo?
