Game explicitly leaves it "???" in the in-game bio from start to finish even after attaining all endings 😅 They left it vague on purpose, and Yamato does have an IRL legend that states they once committed a murder spree under the guise of a woman, that part of the legend lends credence to the vagueness and murkiness of their true gender + it is just "Fate/" just being Fate/ 😅 Prolly best not to inquire any further other than know they exist as a person, and that they have a wife who sacrficed themselves to a sea god so he could press on.
