Man I would’ve been blown away if you guys caught Willie. as someone who lives in Spicewood you again hit it on the head. One great spot to check out is La Cabana Mexican restaurant! Really good authentic Mexican food!

It's a 45 minute drive for me to get to Opie''s, I live in the Hill Country, and i've been there many times. CenTex BBQ is subjective, so I could never say it's the best, but if I'm gonna drive 45 minutes each way, you better believe I think it's worth it. They are so friendly, the sides are amazing, and i've never been disappointed, but you better get there early, even on a weekday, because they will sell out, but there's no line during the week (usually). But as the sign on the door says, something like "The butter beans are Fri-Sat and for eat-in only, don't even ask!" but I'll tell you whut.... one of the ladies on a Friday told me, "Hey darlin', if you want to take some butter beans with your order, go ahead." 😍😍😍 Musta been my good looks....
