We have incorporated these elements into our content creation for years. We have seen the biggest bump specifically in email communications. The jump typically moves from 20-25% open to 40-60% open rates. Yes, FB is super strict. My client's facebook Ad account has been banned for a year now. She doesn't even know why and can't get anyone from FB support to help her fix whatever they think is wrong. (Wasn't my copy.) ;-)
