The only way I could find was through using sequencing in the reach and frequency campaigns, but it seems to me you need a very big retarget audience to do so. Luis, you'd want to test this for sure, but in the most general sense, Facebook's algorithm will figure out pretty quickly who will respond to your ad. It works better/faster if you've already been running ads and they already have some sense of who your people are... which is why those $5/day engagement ads are so key.
