Yeah and would again. Black is best colour for punishing people who don’t look after their car but deeply rewarding people who really look after their paintwork. No colour seems to get that deep gloss that black can but it shows up dust like anything

FINALLY SOMEONE THAT DOESNT TREAT THEIR CAR LIKE TRASH!!! HOW EXCITING!!! Don’t get me wrong, those disaster vehicles are satisfying to watch once they’re clean, but ALWAYS leaves me questioning, why would anyone let their vehicles get out of hand? I don’t care who you are or where you’re from, have a doctorate or work in a landfill. A piece of property weather on wheels or not can say ALOT about a person, and I mean in positive ways!

Beautiful job. It's easy to tell when someone enjoys what they are doing. Yes, I have a black Lexus and a black Honda. As for having another black vehicle in the future, I am thinking about it, but another color might be nice, simply because I have owned 3 black cars in my life. They are difficult to keep clean, but nothing looks as good when it's taken care of.

Watching car detailing videos is strangely satisfying. Any tricks of the trade for dog hair, it is everywhere in my jeep (wrangler)
@timhanby5662
@timhanby5662 5 жыл бұрын
mbl722 there are dog hair specific brushes, made especially for car carpet, it draws up the dog hair and makes it much easier to vacuum, But if you’re trying to save a quick buck, try a drill brush as it can be used for a lot more than just cleaning dog hair! Some vacuums also offer attachments which whip up the carpet and suck the hair at the same time, you could probably buy one of the attachments and fix it to your own vacuum as I did. I bought a Miele dog hair brush/hand attachment, it was second hand although had never been used, the suction of the vacuum spins the brush within the head and whips up the hair before sucking it away. This was definitely on the more expensive side but I’m sure there are similar vacuum attachments out there which function this way. Hope this helps :)
@mbl722
@mbl722 5 жыл бұрын
@@timhanby5662 thanks, I take my jeep to the manual car wash because i live in a condo and do not have access to electricity near the parking lot, so a dog hair brush would be necessary for me, vs an attachment of a drill brush.

I love Stinger detailing and cleaning products! We use them to clean our fire trucks at my department, so of course when We have time between calls, We will use their chemicals to detail and clean our vehicles.

You are a great detailer. I detail my own vehicles. It helps the clean freak in me. 😂 I've also learned about some great tools from you. Most I already had laying around like the steamer, carpet brushes, and extractor. Keep up the great videos! I'll make sure to use the affiliate link for some brushes.

i cleaned my car this morning and youtube recommended this video 🍃 ... it's like, your score is 10 and mine is 4 😂😂😂 However, watching your video is satisfying. Even so, i'm too lazy to do it like the way you do. 😂 My favourite tool is the vacuum cleaner because i hate the dust inside of my car. It feels so good when the vacuum cleaner gets rid all the dust.

Hey Detail Geek, how do you determine when you remove the seats, front and/or back? Some videos you do, some you don’t and others you may remove the back but not the front or vice versa? Love your videos!!!!

Another fantastic video. I love 303 as well. Just makes the interior pop. After you apply 303 do you wipe down with another microfiber towel? I apply in the same manner as you and don't follow up with a microfiber towel. Just curious. Thank you.

Nope, I just apply it as you see in the videos...making sure a nice even layer goes down. Once it dries it looks outstanding!

Favorite tool is my shop vac. Work out at a dirt race track on weekends and park on loose gravel at home. Chemical is probably Aerospace 303.
