OK few things, Jeb Jab should replace Jerry as an Ace, Rex should be Legendary, Terry Lessler and Steel Wool would have to be spirits as well and finally, Vince Young should be a novice spirit.

His spirit battle is a yellow snake who starts with a steel diver and the sheriff assist trophy. Also he walks back and forth across the stage

Instead. The boss is the blue border from Borderline Forever. The stage is a walkoff but has more health than other bosses to compensate. Whenever it attacks. It opens up if you are at 69% or more. Once defeated. The blue border breaks.
