I wish I could have contacted you because you are a fraud investigator...because I had a guy in my messenger talking to me impersonating an American FBI agent...I am from the uk and managed to contact an American news paper on Google and told her I have someone in my messenger pretending to be an American FBI AGENT...she said report him in my Facebook.. .so I did...I just looked my Facebook....looks like Facebook have deleted him...yiphee🎉...watching from the south east of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Happy Thanksgiving bro! Enjoyed each and every moment here. I just realized that I have somewhat been doing this challenge for a while now. I almost always talk about scams nearly every day ever since I discovered scambaiting videos back in 2019. At the time, I ironically almost fell for a student loan debt relief scam (and realized it before I gave into it) AND the car warranty scam (bought a car in 2020 and the scammers sent me a postcard about vehicle warranty. Called the number on the card thinking it was real, then realized it was a scam!). I even saved my own brother from falling for the SSA scam when they called him claiming his name was tied to an abandoned car full of blood and drugs on the south border of Texas. He nearly got the money out of the bank to send to him! I am so thankful I was home the day it happened, because it worried him and he almost sent them money! I always feel that I cannot stop talking about scams enough, as scam awareness is a regular topic on my company's podcast and scam awareness always comes up in casual conversations with different people I interact with.

Great job Deyo. I talked to my Grandma about all the scams going around. Ever since watching these vids I make sure she fully understands what the scams are, how they do them, and to never trust anyone saying their from a major company like McAfee, Norton, Microsoft, etc. She is constantly getting scammer calls all the time. the thing with kitboga is ya he may sound pleasant/friendly-ish to the scammers but in the end he is still messing with the scammers sanity. To me that's the ultimate win. You should watch the video he released where his team made a fake customer service number with tons of traps for the scammers to call in. I was laughing way too much watching the scammers completely flip out. So ya kit may not get aggressive but his tactics I think many scambaiters should take note. Its a different level of scambaiting when you mess with a scammers sanity vs fighting/insulting scammers anyone else agree? edit: not trying to say some scambaiters are better than others I really appreciate every single one of them for the crazy fight they are putting on. I always enjoy scambaiting videos.

This is gold as usual. Myself, I don't have much chance to waste their time lately because almost every scammer I get is an outgoing message recording about my Visa card charges for Amazon and and international money order and I have to press # 1 "to cancel." Not much fun at all, but I press 1 anyway to waste a few seconds of their time. Every second counts and adds up. But e-mail scams are getting goooood! I nearly fell for one that impersonates my ISP - I'm so careful and suspicous but yet... whew :-}

Great vid Deyo. You are totally right ppl do need to be educated. Any thoughts of expanding your education by making some sort of publication leaflets and get your local Postal service to mail. You can write to news papers and see if you can have ur own column. Not everyone is on youtube. So those are other avenues you can go down. Try get on radio. Great to hear you want to educate ppl more. 👍

4:59 I bought a second hand Terra laptop last week. The person I bought it from had already set it up, but I was smart enough to as soon as I got it home I covered he web cam, the went through all the apps…. to find REMOTE ACCESS. its safe to say I wiped it and reinstalled my windows 11. I used to educate people, mostly my Mother and and seniors in her seniors home, she made the mistake of saying I was a "famous person" on KZbin (something I'm NOT and never will be...) because at the time I made scambaiting videos. I don't (more like can't) as Spinocerebellar Ataxia type 2 (SCA2) has wrecked my voice, my voice slurs when I talk making me sound like I'm drunk so now I have to speak very slowly so people can try to understand me.
