Amazing work Steve, my first time watching. I love how you allow the mood of your guest and the moment to guide the interview, instead of killing the flow of heartfelt expressions because of a list of premeditated questions. Makes your podcast worth watching Top shelf 👌🏿 I'm also from South Africa 🇿🇦 ♥

I simply cannot explain my pride and joy when I heard Steven at 42:20 say the Eastern cape. Representation absolutely matters, representation at this level snuffs out all the air out of your excuses, true and valid as they may be. The seat at the extraordinary table is occupied by the same guy essentially but to know that one of your own is just as capable to confidently hold their own there, lands very differently! Steven in as far as the South African market of this podcast is concerned, you have outdone yourself with this one mate. You introduced us to one of our own😭

So surprising to see you've interviewed Black Coffee. Met him at one of his first UK gigs with Tribe here in London when Afro House was very much underground, and subsequent London DJ gigs. Honoured to be interviewed by the BBC for my passion for SA House Music, with special mentions to Black Coffee and his collaboration with fellow Londoner Nathan Adams. I love his earlier music, when he was part of SHANA and then his solo endeavours. Will be keeping those Vinyls for life. Great DJ with an incredible journey. Loving these interviews Stephen, keep them coming and keep them varied 🎯🤗❤️

Wow! I had so much respect for Black Coffee as an amazing DJ and producer, and had no idea he'd had an accident...but now I admire him even more! Very powerful and blessed with strong women in his life! Love Love Love - grounded and full of respect
