Love what Zee adds to these reviews. Also, the set/background is great and the video quality is excellent! Very professional! I didn't really have any interest in this game, but watched it because the reviews themselves are so entertaining.

As soon as I saw the playthrough, I knew they were having a good time with it. Added this to my to-buy list immediately. Great review as usual guys. :D

I think Euro game is the perfect fit for this theme. Almost all post-apocalyptic stories I know of had a focus on the lack of resources and the need to explore and build. Fighting is an occasional necessity.

Wow. I just played this game. Inplayed with the deluxe edition that adds another great spot in the middle with really great mini actions you can take when you get there. This game is awesome. Solid.

Thanks for the good review. Some comparison of how this game fares next to classics in the worker placement genre would have been helpful too.

Looking forward to playing this one! Also, is the big window to garden part of the new Dice Tower HQ? I really like it, even better than a wall of games.

I was searching for this at Essen, found it and was amazed by the game(play). Still love it !

At the beginning it says 3 to 5 players, though it seems to me that my copy says 2 to 4. Yep, I checked, it's 2 to 4.

Im really happy that this was my first game I kickstarted. I think the rules for the beginning is your initial equipment is broken, do you play with it fixed to start?

I was shocked to see on BGG that the artist/designer had nothing in common with Zombie 15', as the art and even the font looks so incredibly similar. Mind-boggling to me.

Every now and then I'd like to see Sam or Zee give the overview for a game on Miami Dice.
@ZeeGarc7 жыл бұрын
I did the overview for Yamataï.
@codydavis31007 жыл бұрын
Zee Garcia this isn't about you! But yes I liked that you did the overview because it felt like all 3 of you are part of Miami Dice and not just there to give your thoughts.
@SamHealey67 жыл бұрын
I've done several, and many people commented on how much they disliked it when I did the overview, so Tom took them back over.
@codydavis31007 жыл бұрын
Sam Healey ah I'm sorry people didn't like it. I don't know the timeline but I remember your earlier reviews you were rusty during the overview and you've improved greatly so maybe it's time to take another shot.
@Rb-hm5mliu7 жыл бұрын
+Sam Healey I like the overview of you three the most ... nice and structured. You can see the experience in Tom's overviews :) of course...

Can someone explain to me the difference between a "Euro" game and a Non "Euro", I come from the UK and Iv been watching this channel for a while now and iv noticed they use the phrase a lot, but I am non the wiser by what they mean
@Rb-hm5mliu7 жыл бұрын
I'm probrably not the best to explain but it's mostly about the mechanics, theme and characteristics: typical for American games : die rolling, player elimination, high on theme. Typical for euro games : forward planning, no confrontation, and more puzzlely maybe :) You can check out top 10 euro games to give you a feel.

Haha. I'm surprised Zee liked this one after the live play. His explanation of wanting to come back to it happens to me in a lot of games. I really like the idea of that intimidation factor. That's a neat simple twist.

I wish more "semi-co operative" games used this mechanisms like this (and that found in Champions of Midgard) instead of the tried and true everyone-loses thing which ruins many a game (but we learn a valuable lesson ... barf)

Funny...all the negatives they mention about the theme not coming through enough and it being too "euro" makes it sound amazing to me. :shrugs:

If it was euro and the theme came through id be far more interested. But I totally hear you.
