Your cervical mucus will let you know when you’re about to ovulate. The day you have the most mucus is the day prior to ovulation. Next day you may have a little but on the other one it stops completely. Just pay attention and you’ll see the pattern 😉

I was pregnant last month and miscarried. We have been trying this month again...we're to the point where it's a waiting game now. We find out if we are pregnant in 9 days or so. The first prenatal you showed is the one I'm currently using. I love that it has everything and I don't have to overthink my prenatal. It was the only one I found that wasn't OVERLOADED on Vitamin A which was linked to birth defects in some studies.

I've already had 3 kids but I'm here to offer advice. The phrase" less is more" is true. It's not about frequency either, timing is the key. I had hypothyroidism and PCOS against me and I still was able to conceive easily because I knew my body. So whatever your age and whatever health problems you might be dealing with don't worry, don't give up and don't over think it. If it is meant to be it will happen.

We've been trying for 10 months / 5 cycles right about now. It's just really hard because there's no real set schedule to my periods, and ovulation test strips only go so far and don't predict the full fertile window. My husband also can't usually ejaculate two days in a row, and even every other day is difficult and unsustainable. The most annoying thing is that in videos and online forums, I have not found a single person who talks about what to do if the man can't have sex to completion every day or every other day. Whenever I try to search online, the results lead me to sites that tell you "oh hey it's fine/not a problem if you have sex every day so go at it." It's like NO things don't work that way. Just because you want to try to have sex every day doesn't mean you can.

My lesson: If none of this is working talk to your doc. Don't keep putting it off. Both of us seem fine. Everyone said it'll happen eventually. 8years, thousands of dollars and 2 chemical pregnancies later i'm 10weeks.

I started taking prenatal vitamins in February of this year in hopes that my husband and I would be able to conceive in the coming months. However, I didn’t get pregnant and started to gain weight and suffer from constipation because of the iron in the prenatal vitamins. So I decided to stop taking them and switched to red maca and black maca for my hubby! Also, I started tracking my mucus this past month so hopefully that will help. My recommendation is to go to the doctor before you reach year 1. You never know if there is a problem with you or your partner that you could fix more rapidly than waiting 12 months after TTC.

Been looking into reasons for this, but have eliminated most. Could it simply be I have low LH levels, but other significant levels could be up?

On cycle 8, have hypothyroidism after two RAI treatments, which has caused weight gain, stress. So much going on, I think after a year I am finally on the correct levothyroxine, tracking my calories to keep just over 1500 and to lose weight. We’re also both taking vitamins, my sister just accidentally got pregnant and now my mental health is suffering dramatically

Oh Lindsey that is so tough. Sounds like you have been through a lot with your thyroid already, but I'm glad it sounds like it is settling out. It's crazy how much that endocrine hormone can mess with your WHOLE body. It sounds like you are doing everything right, but it is so frustrating to do everything right and not get pregnant. Hang in there. We are sending you all the love and luck and babydust there is. Can't even imagine how difficult it is to be trying to balance all of that stress and heartache and then find out your sister is going to have a baby. TTC is really really brutal sometimes. Know that you are NOT alone and there are many #ttcwarriors out there on the same rollercoaster. **HUGS**

So sorry to hear your struggles. I hope you had some luck. I too struggle from hypothyroidism, Rheumatoid arthritis since a teen (had to come off a very necessary med for the planning of conception so in a great deal of pain). Sadly, and for the best, these issues have led to so much stress over the years and don’t make it easy to conceive in early 30s. Did you have a break?

old video but pro tip: you can take the lemon scented thingy OUT of ritual vitamins and put it in ANY other type of prenatal (well, i’ve only tested this with ones that are “gel like,” like the one a days dr. bjorkman said tasted like fish, not with the “hard” ones like target’s) and it will make them taste like ritual vitamins! you could even do this with the mint tab they have in the regular ones i bet (which i personally would have preferred). the little tab has lasted me for over half a year and my vitamins still taste like lemons. ritual vitamins are so expensive!! hopefully this helps someone. i personally really liked the one a days except that i am sensitive to biotin, so i can only take them once a week.

I understand how it feels to always wanted something but it turn out to be the opposite trust me my wife had the same problem few years back. Just FYI, even taking your folic acid regularly, your baby may still have Spina Bifida, a neural tube defect. My mother and I are living proof of this. She took her vitamins regularly, and I still have Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele and Hydrocephalus.
