Have any advice on TTC while breastfeeding and already have cycle back? Have had cycle back for 9 months and the 2 months have been regular! Get peak results for ovulation every month. Been trying for 4 months (i know that's not long) but got pregnant on the 1st try with my other 2 so this is all new territory for me!

I got back to the gym at 12 weeks. I experienced bleeding after a pilates class which was very core heavy (was supposed to be yoga but class got changed without notice). My midwife didnt want to see me as it was 2 days after scan and the bleeding stopped in less than 24 hours so hopefully all is okay. I am taking this as a warning though to take it easy

Thank you so much for this video, my wife and I were so frustrated and we were following bad advice, but after seeing this video we just only did very very light massage and used cold butter from the fridge to cool off her breast and also had one ibuprofen both to reduce inflammation and by the time she had pumped two more times (6hours later) the hard lumps subsided and the milk came out. Also someone commented on the size of the flanges, we are going to look into the size of the flange she uses and most likely we have to get a different size/style, she is also an exclusive pumper for now while our baby is super small to be able to latch, this experience makes us want to try latching more though. I feel like maybe Mothers need more awareness about all these things, I suppose that’s what the classes that are offered for, but please, everyone teach your daughters teacher your sisters about all this, this is so complex, maybe they should have taught this in Health class.

i am in Africa and going through this and my docter said we have to wait if its a miscarriage i was traumatized for a very long time and changing docters did not help

Any tips for a FTM to a boy? We started the process but he keeps grabbing himself so often and pinching himself to the point that he made the tip of his member red the entire next day. He has been doing this for a while but without the diaper/clothes he has easier access to do that. Love the video though!
