Even in India, People are breed specific and stray dogs (selective compassion) we've pet markets..they sell puppies /dogs like toys, when they're not sold for any reason, they're killed/abandoned. we've enough dogs in our country. We don't need more. Every dog is loyal/forgiving. We're blessed to have them. Thanks to the mother nature.
