Great video! Fun little game. Creating a simple game is not easy.

This looks great, is it your favourite fantasy themed roll and write? Looking to add one to my collection as don’t have any roll and writes.

Not sure. Haven’t really thought about a favorite roll and write. This is a good one.

Cool to see some more roll & write dungeon crawlers out there.

As you promised… A lot more of what we’re looking for in a dungeon dive. Interesting concept here.

Thanks for the discovery!! I'm not too much into roll and write but this one seem different with the story cards and I'm getting tempted!! Thanks again!

I really respect how he adds variety to the main concept. It's very creative.

I like the looks of this. Debating with myself about getting this now or later and hoping shipping to 🇨🇦 isn’t as big a hit as Quest for the Lost Pixel was.

Looks great. The print and play is not that expensive, so probably going to get the core one and have some fun with that.

This looks compelling. I'm forever on the prowl for the perfect portable, lightweight solo roguelike. I like how the designer took a different direction for the second module, so it's not just more of the same. Thanks for showing it to us, Daniel!

I really like how the light RPG elements come through in this - it's not just a beat your score type roll-and-write. It adds a just enough theme that it changes the experience and those luck elements you mentioned help to add variety; I don't mind them at all. I don't see too many people talking about this game, so it's awesome you featured it and I think the GameCrafter copy is excellent. I'm still pretty new to roll (or flip) and write style games and was happy to stumble across this simply because of the theme. Definitely looking forward to more from this as well!

It’s just the right amount of theme to make the game feel like something more than it actually is.

I got this on Kickstarter for P and P but haven’t gotten around to plying yet. Maybe I’ll try it out today now that you’ve inspired me!

@@TheDungeonDive I just printed out the first one. Wanted to see how it played, how my (very basic) P&P skills were working, etc before getting to into the printing too far.

Great review. I’m interested in how the exploration cards work as I saw multiple images on an individual card. Can you describe how those work?

For the ruins you are looking to find a matching paid of coordinates to find the real temple, and with the dungeon cards you roll a d6 to determine which map is used.

Daniel is correct, for the Dungeon cards, you explore adjacent rooms by drawing a card, then choosing a die from your pool to activate in order to "select" that numbered room on the card.
