But it's true. Restaurants think all you eat is rabbit food. If I eat out with friends, I feel so grateful of the menu includes one decent dish for us. Beyond Meat is going to be providing Carls Jr. with vegan burgers, but the Carl's Jr. is going to be cooking it next to the ground beef, on the same contaminated grill. I don't think they grasp the concept of vegetarianism.

existential crisis have you seen Forks Over Knives? Or What The Health? Maybe they’ll help change your mind. You can make food taste creamy with nutritional yeast and it has so many B vitamins in it... I thought going vegan would be much harder than it was. I definitely over thought it. I’ve been vegan for about a month now. I am not able to eat dairy or eggs, so those have been gone from my diet since October or something... Since I’ve gone vegan I actually have more variety. I never saw that coming. I’m just learning new recipes.

Absolutely brilliant! Laughed out loud right from the get go with being at home because you have no friends because you're a vegan. Great tip to freeze tofu. Try crumbling it straight from the packet and coming it in your preferred style and just refrigerating overnight, it also adds that meaty texture. Mad props from NZ!

I've been making this ever since you posted it. I buy out all the tofu from several stores around me in a 10 mile radius and make huge batches of this. I’ve been make’n my own style of fake’n for a week or two now. I cover thin slices of tempeh in oil w spices such as smoked paprika, clove, allspice, onion, cumin (i keep forgetting and changing the recipe slightly) and I dehydrate it on a low oven setting for a few hrs. I can then eat as is or fry up. I love your style of video! Thanks for sharing! Sorry for yelling!!!
