Great reaction to a really good movie, I think I preferred this to Fury Road, mainly because Fury road was touted as a "Mad Max" movie and I was really hoping Tom Hardy was going to continue Max's story when it was really about Furiosa and Max only played I tiny part in it.

May I suggest reacting to THE FLYING SCOTSMAN it's a true story about Graeme Obree. Graeme is a Scottish legend he set the hour record twice on a bike he built out of a washing machine he was also a world champion twice. His rival was Chris Boardman who had a £500,000 LOTUS carbon fiber bike Graeme had his bike banned by the UCI then they banned his riding style THE SUPERMAN. It's a great movie that's a forgotten gem it stars Johnny Lee Miller and Billy Boyd

Hey Al don't know if you've seen it or not but there is a Aussie series out there (3 seasons) called "Mr In between" the episodes are only 30 mins long but I would highly recommend checking them out it's about a hitman so it can be dark but it is also very very funny.

I didn't realize till after lol. I've never gotten into the Mad Max movies and Fury Road was the first. I didn't realize till after when I googled it. Btw, I have to edit the original Mad Max reaction to put on here.

"Half life" is the time it takes a radioactive substance to reduce half its initial value. It's a measure of how bad/destructive/dangerous nuclear weapons are. The Half Life of the Uranium235 dropped in Hiroshima is about 700 million years. Of course that does disperse into the atmosphere to a degree, but that's also... scary. However, the actual amount of Uranium used was "small" and scattered over a large area so (for example) Hiroshima is a pretty safe place to be these days - the background radiation is about the same as anywhere else on earth. Worth having a look at Chernobyl for a comparison - and I will recommend the Chernonbyl tv series (HBO?), for some VERY tense viewing, it's a great drama series. Furiosa is balls - terrible CGI and I'm a bit freaked out that given the money spent they didn't bother using actors. They CAN'T have been using pro-actors, the performances are terrible. I think I turned it off after Chaper 3 - so congrats, I''ve watched more of the movie with you than I did on tv ;) Glad to see you're well and doing stuff.

Bro, when Dementus drew and quartered that dude it was because they had a shortage of bikes and too many people. He made his own people fight and the loser gets ripped apart. In his gang if you don't have a ride you're dead weight... literally. That person was not from where Furiosa came from. I know it's been awhile since you saw Fury Road, but come on, dude. "A sequel"? You don't remember Furiosa (Charlize Theron) from the last movie? The whole thing was about her defecting from The Citadel. (smh) And Immortan Joe got killed at the very end of the movie... in the worst way. It's a PREQUEL, man. (Anya Taylor-Joy) is playing her in her youth in this film. SAME CHARACTER BOTH MOVIES! It's be different if you never saw the joint, but you know, you did. How did you watch this whole movie and not realize that the girl was Furiosa from the last film? That's wild to me. You'd have thought the hydraulic arm would have been dead give away seeing as how it was the main feature of her character last time around. And of course Dementus doesn't realize who she is, it's been over a decade since he saw her last and she was a little kid then. Dude's been busy. Why would he remember some kid he stole once upon a time with everything happening in his day to day life? And she didn't take his bullets, dude. Come on, man. He was just out.

Furiosa is more fleshed out and dedicated to her background because Miller wrote her story first but filmed Fury Road first, and they had a lot of issues during Fury Road, and that shows. Furiosa is a little weak in action compared to Fury Road, but the tale is so much better.

Oh, that's pretty cool. I know Fury Road had issues via Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron. I'm hoping Hardy reprises his role as Max as I know they want to do at least 3 more movies in the saga is my understanding.
